Actually, this place is our bout club's (Teijon Venekerho) boathouse. In autumn we move our boats in the hall and when the sun rises again in spring we move our boats out of the hall and then again to the water. After that, we clean the place and the village committee of Teijo organizes the Midnight Summer ball in our hall. This is a very common family party every year and has been organized for a long time. Good food, dancing, drinking, and having a good time with friends. At the end of the evening, there will be a Midsummer bonfire.
