Cafe Herkkuhetki - a very lovely cafe in Orivesi centrum. You'll find it by the pink decorations outside. There's also a terrace for nice summer weather visits.
They serve all kinds of salty and sweet delicacies and also a daily abundant lunch buffet (Mon - Sat) in Cafe Herkkuhetki.
The service is friendly and warm, the waiter girls always give you a radiant smile.
The sweet pastries are fresh and delicious, they use local seasonal products, e.g. just now blueberries. A high recommendation for "Mummon mustikkakätkö" filled bun.
The salty delicacies are, for example, lovely and thick spinach and goat cheese pies or ham pies, filled croissants and rolls with various fillings like turkey & cheese, salmon or Finnish herring & egg. They also have veggie alternatives.
Fresh coffee, brewed tea and refreshments are available. They also serve beer, wine and spirits.

Very good experience and their selection seemed pretty generous for a cafeteria in a relatively small town. They also seemed to have a dinner service on the other side. Good variety of different coffees and teas.

We came a bit late for lunch but the staff was very friendly to warm us food from the lunch buffet leftovers, which were very tasty!

Kävimme syömässä tuon tiistain lounaan.
Palvelu erinomaisen hyvää, myyjä kassalla todella ystävällinen.
Ruoka erittäin hyvää! Monipuolinen salaattipöytä sekä pääruokavaihtoehdot.
Jälkiruoaksi oli lisäksi vielä oman konditorian Mango- Passion kakkua! Tähän oli makoisaa päättää onnistunut lounas hetki.
Olen käynyt täällä kerran aikaisemmin ja tulen ehdottomasti käymään jatkossakin, kunhan kulkusuuntani on Oriveden suuntaan.

Erittäin hyvä paikka käydä ruokailemassa,todella maukasta ruokaa
,edullinen hintataso,hyvät kahvila tuotteet ja mikä mukavinta kiva henkilökunta. Vahva suositus.

Oriveden paras lounaspaikka ja leipomo. Todella monta vaihtoehtoa ja ruokaa maistuu aidosti herkulliselta. Ihanaa kotiruokaa ja esimerkiksi tänään oli jälkkäriksi huippuhyvää vispipuuroa. Leivosten ja pikkusuolaisten valikoima myös runsas ja kohtuuhintainen. Toivottavasti saamme pitää näin mahtavan paikan täällä Orivedellä aina ☺ kehtaa viedä kyläilijoitäkin syömään

Aivan uskomaton hinta-laatusuhde. Kannattaa poiketa paikalla! Erityissuositus munkkirinkilälle.

Hämmästyttävän hyvä valikoima. Kannattaa antaa kahvi- ja leivoshampaan kolottaa tänne saakka. Myös hyvä valikoima suolaista syötävää & lounastarjoilu.

Aivan käsittämättömän hyvä, monipuolinen ja tasokas lounas. Ei löydy edes isommista kaupungeista tätä tasoa, saatikka monipuolisuutta. Tiskattavaa ei lautasiin jäänyt, rakkaudella ja ammattitaidolla tehtyä ruokaa - kiitos!

Very tasty and so delicious food that there are no enough stars for review. You can hardly find from bigger cities food / lunch of this level. There was nothing left on plates for dishes - purely with love and passion prepared food, thank you! 🙏🏻
