I recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander 2020 from KIESI, and the entire experience was excellent. I initially found the car online and then visited the dealership in person. My manager, Pauli Toratti, was incredibly helpful. He showed me the car, patiently answered all my questions, and even arranged a test drive for the specific car I had chosen. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Since the car was imported from Sweden, the license plates were not ready at the time of purchase. Considering I had traveled to the dealership with my two children from Kotka, I requested that the car be delivered directly to my house. They kindly agreed to this and, to my surprise, waived the delivery fee due to the discount they had already provided on the car.

Veeti, the driver who delivered the car to my house, was also very polite and took the time to address any additional queries I had.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my car purchase from KIESI, and I highly recommend their services!

I bought a car in December of 2023. It was Passat GTE 2021. I can say that the car works as it should. Everything is ok. The service was pretty nice and it is because of seller Aleks Tsvetkov. Strongly recommend!

I will give a super five star rating for the purchasing process of selling your old car and buying a new or used one from kiesi oy Espoo. They show a high level fast track process to ensure you have the car of your dream. That was super nice. After sales assistant I will encourage you guys to embrace more international culture in this area even when it could be very challenging. Because customers will surely get back to you for additional help to be a able to get use to the new car , especially that you sell more of electric cars and this are new challenges to your customer. Finally Kiesi espoo is a place to be when it come to good car dealer, they have a lot of electric cars and their price are reasonable and good compare to other dealer. Please guys you can do this . kindly create 7 days windows of possibility of your customer coming back for help, it goes a long way. Basically the finnish law also back this up that the old car is still under the seller ID in the traficom site until 7 days . please use this time to help and see many more customer you will get after it.

Tein autokaupat Kiesin kanssa ja minua palveli automyyjä Eelis Björkman. Voin sanoa käsi sydämmellä, että oli asiallinen ja asiantunteva kaveri. Huippu tyyppi ! Autossa ilmeni muutaman satasen vika kotimatkalla, ei tosin haitannut matkantekoa. Eelis ja Kiesi hoitivat tämän ilman mitään mutinoita. Suosittelen autokauppoja Kiesin kanssa.

Kävin kauppaa kahden eri henkilön kanssa ja vaikuttaa kaikinpuolin olevan todella asiantuntevaa kokemusta ja auttoivat myös arvioinnissa kilpailevien firmojen autojen kanssa sekä tiesivät eri mekaniikalla toimivien autojen ominaisuuksista ja tyyppivioista. Myös pieni lisätyö esim. huoltohistorian toimitus erikseen onnistui erittäin kätevästi WhatsAppin puolella kaupan jälkeenkin. Maksussa oli joustoa ja vastaukset kysymyksiin, WhatsAppin puolella, sai nopeasti.

Iso suositus Eelikselle! Matkaan lähti Tesla M3 ja ostokokemus oli rento ja asiantunteva. Rekisterikilven kiinnityksen kanssa ilmeni pieni ongelma, mutta tämä saatiin hoidettua kuntoon Eeliksen avulla. Auto odotti pestynä ja ladattuna huollon jälkeen. Yhteydenpito whatsappin välityksellä Eeliksen kanssa oli erinomaista. Suosittelen!

Huikea palvelu, huomasin iltapäivästä nettisivuilla kiinnostavan auton josta soitin perään ja sain kattavasti tietoa jo puhelimitse, siinä samassa sovimme samalle illalle jo koeajon. Auto odotti sisällä lämpimässä sulatettuna sekä pestynä päästyäni paikalle. Myyjä hoiti hommansa ammattimaisesti ja oli todella mukava tehdä kauppaa. Tulen jatkossakin käyttämään kyseistä yritystä autokaupoissani ja vahvasti suosittelen muillekin!

Nettisivulta löytyi sopiva auto ja paikanpäällä myyntitapahtuma oli 5/5. Myyjät olivat hyvin asiakaslähtöisiä ja mukavia.

Pienen alkukankeuden jälkeen sovituista huolloista pidettiin hienosti kiinni ja kun saatiin selvyys korjauksista, soitettiin vielä perään ja käytiin asiat kunnolla läpi.

Ensin annoin kaksi tähteä, vastaus viiveestä johtuen, mutta viiveelle oli ihan hyvä syy ja soitto perään vielä kruunasi kokemuksen, täten nostaen tähdet myyntitapahtuman tasolle.

Kaikki meni oikein jouhevasti: liike siisti, myyjä Eelis asiantunteva ja mm. opasti auton käytössä (joka ei nykyään ole itsestään selvää autokauppoilla; asiakkaan oletetaan tietävän kaiken...). Paperiasiatkin hoituivat nopeasti. Ei mitään moitittavaa!
