Visited Finland for the first time this past summer. What a wonderful, beautiful country! Not one thing to complain about…but then…Prisma overall rating of 4.1/5? Seriously???!!!! This place is magical! Life changing? Maybe. Is there food? Yes, lots of it. I can’t even read what many of them are, but man it tastes so good. Prices? Great! Croissants under a euro!!!! I pay 4 dollars each in the US. A whole aisle of candy I can buy by the kilogram? It’s like a flash back to a 90s American grocery store! Blew my mind. Did you recently lose a fishing lure in a tree on one of the seemingly millions of beautiful Finnish lakes? Prisma has you covered. Need a cooler? Yep, got that too. Iitala stuff at a fraction of the American prices? Yep that too. People are so nice also. Had been in the country for less than 24 hours when I went to Prisma and ran into 2 people I had just met at a party the night before. How’s that for welcoming? Magical. Most people could speak English, so were able to help me as the only sentence I know in Finnish is “Olen muurahainen”, not sure that’s super helpful. And lactose free stuff everywhere! Oh and my best friend Martti shops here, and he’s a rad dude so that’s saying something. Oh man Finland, you have a gem here and don’t even know it. Sigh. Well, I’m gonna put on my “I love Prisma” T-shirt and go to my local bland, poorly stocked, expensive, only slightly clean American grocery store and hope to find something reasonable to buy…

It's a store, hooray store! Honestly though, this seems to have a better selection than the competitor.

Great hours and a BIG store. Super convenient. Prices are not quite as cheap as Lidl, but if you know where and what to look for, great deals are to be had. Could do with a wider bread selection. Now if they only brought in Maggi chilli garlic sauce...

Great place. Big collection. Super friendly staff. If there is something missing from the shelves, just ask the staff and they’re kind to bring it from the warehouse. Also one of the groceries in which you could find local organic tomatoes, berries and cherries.

Surprisingly good shop! Very broad assortment, no queues on self checkout. And, the most important - built in pub, right inside of the shopping area, wonderful idea!
