Awesome.

We stayed for 2 nights off season. Everything is weird, and quiet, and small, and wonderful.

The tasting menu is the core of the stay. They're cooking all day to prepare.
And it is absolutely worth it.
We had it twice.
Do get the matching wines.

Our best two nights in Finland, and we had some very good nights.

Visited this hotel off season. The host was very friendly and went out of his way to make our stay very pleasant. The hotel has a beach with a peer in a small walks away from the building. Rooms were nice and clean and we woke up to roosters cockadoodledooing in the morning. The host of the hotel also made a very tasty breakfast for our group before our departure. Would love to visit again during the summer season, but was really nice to spend the weekend as the only guests in the hotel

William was wonderfully accommodating and cooked up a fantastic full course meal just for the two of us, as we were the only guests during this low season weekend.

Hotel Nestor is a pleasant comfortable and classy place that is a great place to stay when visiting the islands. William is a chef of exceptional talent and deserving even wider recognition.

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful surrounding. You immediately wish you could stay there for longer, William and the team makes you feel very welcome. Rooms are nice and modern, combining the general traditional and elegant ambiance with some relaxing, wooden touch. You wouldn‘t directly expecting such a gem so remotely. It has also a private beach (=waterfront/rocks in Archipelago) where you can go e.g. in the mornings or after dinner. We could even use the Kanu from the Hotel and paddle to the Hotel-owned, small island.

Restaurant Back Pocket is one of the best places we ever ate. You really can feel Williams handwriting there, having learnt to cook in 3 Michelin stars Franzén in Stockholm. Price level feels almost cheap for such extraordinary food in this area!

If time allows, a sauna would be a super nice feature! Otherwise, keep it up and I hope to return in a few years! :-)

Best food in the Turku area so far. The atmosphere and the accommodation was the best of its kind also. Can't help but recommend.

Super cozy spot, wonderful owners who helped us rent bikes and canoes and drove us in and out of town. We had a great stay.
