Ravintola Mount Nepal

Amazing food and nice service. It’s one of my favorite places in Helsinki region. Vegan, vegetarian and meaty options, always fresh and hot naan bread. My favorite vegetarian dish is Sag Paneer, out of meaty ones I recommend Lamb Sag, Lamb Curry and Ginger Lamb (lamb here is tender and delicious). All these dishes include rice, salad, naan bread and sauces. Prices around 14-16 euros for a dish (portions are big, myself I never manage to finish everything) and during the lunch on weekdays they have a nice deal for 9-10 euros + salad buffet is included. Tap water with ice is free.

Restaurant is very nice, they have two branches. One is connected to Tapiola Metro station. Staff is ready to help you.

Nice Nepalese. Not very crowded

This is a very nice restaurant. Lunch includes very tasty dishes, free masala tea, fresh nan bread and salad bar, so it's hard to eat whole portion, but there's an option to take away what's left. Service is quite polite and friendly.

A vegan friendly Nepalese restaurant. The first one in Espoo where I’ve seen vegan naan bread! All vegetarian (vegan) dishes listed clearly in the menu in the first category of main dishes. Very delicious Sag Tofu. Highly recommended!

Excquisitely fast service during lunch time, thanks to their business model of only serving five dishes during lunch.
The food is superb, with absolutely excellent complementary naan bread, a sound choice of salad*, and good Nepalese tea.
Be aware that the 1€ more expensive Mix Dish actually has almost twice as much food! Even the largest hunger is generally quelled by this 10€ serving.

*don't take too much salad if you wish to finish it before the food comes. It comes within a couple of minutes.

I highly recommend this restaurant. I find it to be the best Nepalese restaurant with regards to food and I've had great gastronomical experiences here. The personnel is also very nice. Always friendly and willing to serve.

Start the week with a spicy lamb stew. Even better: take double portion of the stew. That is my favorite. Parking nearby is always available. Very friendly service.

Ravintola Mount Nepal offers very delicious Napalese food. Located in Ainoa Shopping Mall, Tapiola. Very good customer service. Dine in and take away available. If you dine in you can have masala tea, lassi, salad along with food. Looking to have Napalese or Indian food in Tapiola or Espoo you can try this place.

The best Nepalese food I've eaten in Espoo so far. Service is very friendly, lunch prices are great.
