Exceptional place for family gateway! We spotted the best New Year’s fireworks in Finland we’d ever seen before!

Loved the fancy entrance and exclusive atmosphere of this place!
Very 6 and welcoming. The food was especially good no matter which restaurant we picked.
Breakfast also included gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options that tasted good.
I guess that is the downside of having such establishments in Finland - there are just not enough people to make it worth building.
But despite that it's great, you will find everything you need and on top of that, you can take great walks since it's directly next to the water.

Great spa hotel, the spa is nice and the breakfast was good. We ate at the Rucola restaurant and that was good too. The lobby bar and ice cream bar are nice too, and the pool bar had nice food on the Saturday. On check out day you can still use the spa facilities after check out, although we were charged for towels which seems a little greedy for a weekend spa package. We decided not to have lunch at the hotel on Sunday out of principle as a result so that was a smart business move by the proprietor. Otherwise a great stay. Next time we'll bring our own towels for the final day I guess. We didn't have an issue with that the previous year so don't know if it's a change in policy or if we just got lucky that time. Again, it's very little money considering how much we spent overall but it just feels like it should be included when you're there for a weekend.

Breakfast also included gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options that actually tasted good, which is a rare thing in Hotels in my opinion so good job on that one! 👍 The Spa and Wellness area includes a few pools, sauna and a little bar.

Great place to stay in Naantali during Summer, Autumn and Christmas vacation. The surrounding area is full of natural beauty. So, Summer and autumn are best time to visit. Hotel rooms are provided with world-class amenities. You can enjoy spa and go for jogging. Boating is probably possible. During summer you can swim in the sea. Highly recommended.

We had such an amazing time at the hotel! Loved the swimming area, especially the outdoor pool. Drinks were good from the pool bar and enjoyed all the restaurants at the hotel. Would love to come back and visit again. Really beautiful walking paths around the hotel as well during summer.

Wonderful place in beautiful surroundings! I was a bit worried reading the previous reviews about lack of air conditioning, but when I arrived our room was always cool and comfortable even as the summer heat raged outside and I definitely saw air conditioning units in the ceilings around the building, so I assume they must have installed some. Perhaps they missed the thermostat in the room?

Pool was alright with a relaxing bar, not super big but nice outdoor section + a heated jacuzzi section. The surroundings were definitely the best part, with beautiful nature trails all around as well as a lot of goose roaming about.

We did have a problem with getting our sauna to work, but after bringing it up with reception they got a housekeeper & technician to check and fix the issue quickly, so we were able to enjoy our indoor sauna after dinner. As a tip, if reception won’t answer calls from the room phone, they are probably busy checking people in and you could get their attention faster by going downstairs to queue and ask for help instead.

As for food, the Thai restaurant was spectacular and we went there twice in our visit! The buffet was alright but for the price the Thai restaurant was comparable and much higher in quality. You should call ahead to reserve a spot because they can get quite busy over dinner time.

All in all we had a good stay & most problems mentioned before seem to have been addressed!

Rooms are minimalist decor and nicely appointed. Bathrooms are excellent with good quality bath products/ towels/ down pillows and duvets. beds are very comfortable

This hotel was the best place I stayed until now.
Even finland is a very cold place.
Inside the hotel ,the temperature was ok.
The buffet was wonderful, all the food had very good quality.
The gym was perfect.The pool and the sauna were amazing.
I really Miss this place.

Great location by the water and a very nice heated outdoor pool/large jacuzzi. Nice area to walk around. The salad bar was excellent with fresh tasting sea food and a wide selection. Wasn't blown away by the cooked food but it wasn't bad, just seemed a bit bland.

Luxurious hotel. Booked massages via daily offer. Could not book over website, but phone booking was easy.
Skilled personnel, very helpful, spoke English as well.
Spa area contained three pools and jacuzzi. +saunas.

Very beautiful scenery. The gardens around the facility are very beautiful! There is a tennis court volleyball area beach outdoor, 2 indoor pools, a jacuzzi, mini golf bike, rentals, billiards table, and a program filled with events for children. The rooms staff and cleanliness is what you would expect for a the pictures...nice!😉 The breakfast was also very diverse, continental style. There are many restaurants at the hotel as well. The menu didn't seem very children friendly and we stayed at the hotel during MidSimmer weekend so all the restaurants in Turku were closed. But thankfully there is a Kotipizza close by as well as grocery stores. The hotel bar was nice also. The bartender made me a Cointreau Kyrö Dairy Cream on ice, a mix I'd never tasted.👌🏽👍🏽. There was a dj playing nice music.🎶 Thank you to the staff. We'll defiantly be returning in the future.

I have visited the Naantali Spa several times either to relax at the sauna and pools or to enjoy a massage or facial treatment. Recently I also stayed there overnight and tried also the restaurant for dinner. The staff is really friendly, attentive and professional. Rooms are clean, comfortable with all the ammenities one needs. The food at the restaurant for dinner was good, while the breakfast could use some more upgrading in my opinion. While the breakfast had many options to choose it felt a bit underwhelming when it came to quality. But overall a really great experience and will be definitely visiting again!
