The rooms are clean. If you plan to go, I recommend to chose the mountain side view room. You will get to experience a beautiful sunrise. The stuff were very polite, friendly and very attentive. All in all it is a really good time

The level of customer service we received was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.The hotel's restaurant provided delicious food and drinks, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. our experience at the hotel was fantastic, and i would highly recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking, similar to the other Haile Hotels & resorts the service here is also excellent. Large meetings are occasionally held in the city; in these cases, the hotel will be fully booked, so try to get information ahead of time.

Our stay here was beyond expectation! Rooms, food, cleanliness, facilities, grounds, staff attentiveness and hospitality at Haile are all just immaculate. The staff is really what makes this place so special. Thank you, Haile Resort. We hope we can visit you again before too long!

This is my favorite place whenever I went home (Ethiopia), the food is amazingly delicious, the rooms were clean with all necessary amenities … the people who are working there were sooo friendly, Sisay was the best, Ye Abesera, she was so sweet at the front desk, the bus driver from Airport to hotel and back was great, everybody on the resort were so helpful… will definitely be back and highly recommended.

The service here is exceptional. One of my collogues was not feeling well. We had checked out and was killing time in the lobby till our flight time. One of the employees noticed my friend was clearly not feeling well as she noticed her dozing off on her seat. Not only was she concerned enough to ask what was wrong, allowed her to rest in her room till our flight time, even though that is several hours past check out time. All the staff were very friendly and quick to be helpful.

The view from the hotel is breathtakingly beautiful.
The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are equipped with a fridge, safe, TV, kettle and air conditioning. Each room has a balcony, the forest/lake view rooms are highly recommended as they have a beautiful view and you can watch the sunrise. In the rooms with mountain view you can watch the sunset. There are no mosquito nets, so bring your own protection if necessary.
There is a very large breakfast offer.
The food in the restaurant is delicious and the price-performance ratio is great.
The staff is super friendly and tries to implement all extra wishes.
The pool is quite cool, but very refreshing. Unfortunately, a new building was under construction during our stay, which disturbed the peace very much.
There is a gym with lots of equipment and trainers. In the spa I can recommend the massages, very good and cheap.
If you are traveling without a tour guide, unfortunately the hotel cannot give good recommendations for guides. We got Miju as a guide via detours and were super happy with him. He takes care, goes extra ways to make everything to our satisfaction. He can be reached at +251 92 611 2219. Highly recommended!

The best resort in Arbaminch. You get the nicest view of the forest just underneath and the lake, great service (as always with Haile Resorts in Ethiopia), delicious food, great choice of breakfast buffet, refreshing swimming pool, gym and spa.
