We loved the approach of the hotel from the beginning welcoming us from airport.
Receptions were so welcoming was well.
Rooms were clean but they are a bit old ( bathroom specially)
We enjoyed the view from the rooms and terrace. We love the food juices and coffee 🤌🏽
The waiters were so nice in following up what we need.
The only funny and unexpected thing happened is they made us pay for a glass that was broken in our stay. For a room that that is 140$ per night and for services that charges you 25%tax and service charge, it’s funny to ask 200 birr for compensation.
But still 5⭐ for the overall experience.

I had a good weekend I found very helpful staff at Levi's Resort Spa reception i saw them very welcoming faces.It was a good time for my family. I wish everyone could see it the place.

I embarked on a boat journey from this location during the mesmerizing sunset 🌇. The panoramic vistas were breathtaking, and I had the opportunity to observe the majestic hippos. The avocado smoothie proved to be exceedingly invigorating and delectable, adding to the overall positive atmosphere.

I had a great time at Lewi. The staff were super friendly. The suite was exotic. The monkeys in the compound make you feel like you are in a national park. You get a free boat ride on the lake. I paid an extra 2500 birr to take a 45 minute boat tour of the lake. I got to see a family of hippos. The complimentary tour of the main city attractions provided by the hotel was a nice add on.

Loved the ambience of the place. The morning views at breakfast were breathtakingly beautiful. Great staff too very helpful

No, it's not a new resort, but everything in our room worked fine and was clean!
On top of that the staff is very friendly and we saw hippos on the boat tour! 🙂 🙂
The boat tour started from the resort, 200 Birr per person.

I was there for just a day for a business reason and stayed with a couple of people. The first day we had issues because some things didn’t work in the room. When I talked to the manager Libelu about the issue he did everything thing to make up the wrongs of the pervious night. Just immersive how he handled my complaints and offered a solution. I had to stay one more night by myself and he abs his team made my stay unforgettable. The place is so beautiful and peaceful right at lake Hawassa. The food was great and the Ethiopian Coffee served with breakfast everything I needed for my short stay. I will be returning there soon and would send everyone who ask me where to stay there also to this place. Thank you Libelu for all the effort you made to make my unpleasant business stay Joyable!

Exceptional customer service. I feel loved and treated well. Simply is really great place to see, it is perfect spot to stay peacefully and enjoy the Hawassa lake beauty’s!. Everyone is helpful and has a great manners plus knowledgeable on what they do. I remember the room service person named Tsion. She help us beyond and above. I can’t wait to see you again. ..

The resort is nicely located at the lake in a beautiful garden setting with birds and monkeys. The interior is a bit worn and old but functions. Breakfast was good. Beware of many very cheeky monkeys just waiting to steal food from you!

It's one of the best resort in Hawasa ... Especially its rooms location being closer to the lake makes it exceptional. The service offers such us free boat ride and tour of the Hawasa city also makes it desirable.

The resort is on the edge of Lake Hawassa. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, with a good wifi connection. The hotel service is also good. There are monkeys everywhere, which can sometimes be annoying, and a great variety of birds that is sure to make bird lovers smile. A boat is available to take people out on the lake to wake the hippos bathing.

This resort is unmatched with it's magnificent location for those who would want to experience a real vacation at the city of Hawassa. For those who love taking snaps of sunset, go nowhere; sit by the age of the lake and take breath taking shots of the beautiful sunset as it feels like bouncing across the water surface. Your stay will be full of surprises as you and your loved ones interact with those famous monkeys while enjoying the fresh breath of the lake. It only wows you. Never settle for less.

Fantastic resort and a good place to host an event or convention. Only thing that was an issue was how early the bars closed. Will definitely be back, likely an overnight stay. Overall a great experience excluding the odd bar situation.

This is the second time i have stayed here. It is a perfect location. Very accommodating. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. I can't say enough good about it. You can exchange money on site. It is rediculous how cheap it is to stay here. You have to get used to the idea that time isn't really relevant here, but it is Africa. Enjoy the experience. Appreciate the location. And don't spend all day here, get out and enjoy all that this city has to offer.

We enjoyed a peaceful stay here. The staff was helpful, the monkeys were entertaining, and the grounds were a treasure to meander in. We enjoyed the restaurant/breakfast very much. Very nice place.
