Mercadona

My favourite supermarket in the area, well stocked, fresh fruit and veg, always spotless, their own brand food is very good, wide isles, nice friendly staff, and reasonably priced, 5 stars, well recommended.

What a lovely supermarket. Clean open airy and friendly staff. Lovely products and great prices. Wish more of our supermarkets in UK were more like this.

Cashier was very helpful and a full range of food not much English, ie corned beef orange cordial etc but still very good

I found everything I needed. I didn't need to queue for the till either. It has parking available and the staff very helpful and polite. A joung man on the last till (the furthest from the entrance?) was very nice, lovely welcoming smile. It's great too see happy staff too. Perfect shopping experience. 😊

Beautifully laid out - we shop there weekly. Great produce. Extremely helpful staff. Many of their products are in English. A really great store.

Great store sells most things lovely fresh fish counter wish they had a fresh meat counter. Would like to see more sugar free items in biscuits and savory snacks. The yogurt could be with more gluten free variety and sugar free. A low fat creme fresh would be good.

I love to shop I’m always looking for value for money but most of all I love quality especially with food, if you’re over from the UK and have shopped in either Tescos, Sainsburys or Waitrose then you’ll be at home getting quality provisions and produce from Mercadona. There is a lot of fresh veg and fruit in the store as well as packaged foods. If you love Seafood there is a large seafood counter with the freshest catch on ice. For vegans, there is so much to choose from to make quality meals or fresh natural drinks. The in-house bakery is baking bread and pastries daily.
Everything you would usually buy in the UK like tea milk sugar tin/package foods etc you will find in Mercadona, there is a wide selection of Beers wines & spirits in store.
Compare prices quality & freshness to some stores and it still won’t leave a dent in your pocket.

Mercadona is a very nice clean supermarket which has almost everything you need. It is well spaced out so even on busy days it is not overcrowded. The staff are friendly too.

Great value shop.

Bit like asda but with better food have you seen the size of a Spanish cauliflower at least twice the size of asda 1 plus taste better.
We do like to shop here so of the stores are bigger than this one and have an even bigger selection. Maybe it's just me but the food does seem to taste better and is at least the same price or cheaper than UK.

Lovely and empty went in at 9.00am. No shelf filling in aisles and shelves are always full. UK stores should learn from our Spanish cousin's how to keep food stores clean and tidy.

Really good supermarket with a huge range of food and some excellent wines. The underground car park has wide bays - far better than their older store in Huercal Overa. On a quiet road that's easy to find.

The cleanest and most modern Mercadona you'll find in Spain. Has all of your favourite products, plus a freshly carved jamon station and fresh squeezed/bottled orange juice. Parking is plentiful and the staff are very friendly, even if your Spanish leaves a lot to be desired.
