Lots of lovely food but you may need a spanish dictionary to buy some things. Staff were lovely and spoke slowly so we understood.

No Work/life balance, but that makes sense for retail.

Advice to Management

Allow workers to pick up shifts in other Aldi divisions other than their own. Ive shopped at many different divisions and all divisions are close to being the same. Im working in Valpo Division, but I live near Dwight division because I recently moved. It would be nice to pick up shifts where I live. Im driving the distance because my DM really wants me to stay in the Valpo Division, for he wants to promote me to MIT, but for the time being, picking up shifts in the Dwight division would, one: help me out, and two: give all divisions opportunities for staff to pick up shifts where they need it.
