I had a great experience with Vanessa my consultant, on the first dress she chose, it was exactly what I was looking for. Amazing time. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a wedding dress to go to Sedka Novias.

Amazing place, you really get the full experience. First we arrived and they had reserved a parking space with my name and date of wedding on it. They were very helpful, professional with plenty of choice and nice private rooms. When it came to adjusting my dress, they had a challenge on their hands as i am a bit pernickety but they were amazing, they were amaz. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so kind. Recommend any bride to go give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

There is nothing I didn't love about my experience with Sedka Novias. The dresses, the price, the ambiance, the professionalism, their warmth, enthusiasm and understanding surpass any expectations, not to forget the seamstresses expertise. I would, again, fly to Spain just to shop for a wedding gown. Olé!

I bought a dress from outside of Spain online and the lady on the phone is EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. Because of her, I get to understand the actual look of the dress and the size so well that the dress is perfect on me. I've yet to encounter any online store that provides such exceptional customer service. I'd rate them 10/5 star if I could.

Great Service! I had tried on my dream dress in a shop in Germany but they only had it in 38 and I needed it in 40. I found it on Sedkanovias 1400Euro cheaper than in the shop😱, at first I was afraid to get ripped off buying something so much cheaper than in the shop. I also I don’t like buying such expensive things on the internet (I was ripped off a lot recently from Chinese websites..)They offer to pay with PayPal( which allows you to pay in 4 payements too) and also give you the security of a refund in case of problem. The service was amazing, right away you get a confirmation email with an order number, a tracking number to follow where your package is and a lady chats with you on WhatsApp about the particularity of your dress, sizes and what you might need . It arrived 3 days later problemfree in amazing condition. I am so happy with it!!! Later I needed a veil to go with it with the exact lace as the bottom of the dress and I just rewrote to the lady and she helped me again, it was fantastic. I recommend it wholeheartedly! 👏
