Many times I've needed some electronics, I have found myself in this store. I have always managed to get service in English, and found what I've been looking for in a reasonable price point. Nothing but positive to say about customer service, whether buying stuff or having to deal with some details later. In my experience, they have earned their five star review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! 😊👌

Cannot fault the service in this store, hence the 5 star rating, however the company awful. Ordered a TV online, when the confirmation came through all was good, then I received an email from the courier to say my address didn’t exist. When I rechecked the media market order they had omitted some of my address. 4 days dealing with the to no avail. Called into the La Zenia store and they couldn’t be more helpful. They cancelled my online order and I got a TV immediately, cheaper than my online one and better quality.

As on some items it's displaying the not correct price if it's been reduced
I think it's becoming they change prices on a daily basis up or down
BUT the till will display the price correctly of prices that day

Brilliant store with a great variety of IT and home electronics, as well as accessories.

The staff are always happy to help and very knowledgeable, despite the notable pressure they are often under, being a very heavy footfall store location (the only one in the local area).

Customer service desk is always attentive and happy to try and resolve issues and the online click & collect system also works seamlessly.

Having read all the negative reviews I would only agree with the comments about the lack of staff but once you get somebody they are very helpful and willing to try there best to speak as much English as possible even using there phones to translate what they couldn't say got the best prices on nearly all the items we purchased and delivered on the day of our choice even the delivery drivers rang to give us approximate times installed the new items and removed the old in no time. I would recommend you allow some time when in store especially in the tv section as the wait can be a little long but the prices are worth the wait .

In Spain 21years and never had a problem until I bought a vacuum cleaner with MediaMatkt which never worked and returned same month I purchased After 6 visits they would not replace or give a credit noteSo I took it back and put back in their recyleing bin in store ( la zenia) and walked out.

Really helpful staff. Knowledgeable also. Purchased an Asus Zenbook. Aleks was my main helper and he did everything possible to assist me. Is now over a month later and I have some questions regarding how to activate the main touchscreen etc. Contacted the helpline and was introduced to their 'personal shopper' function on their website. It is quite incredible. You simply book an appointment, get a video chat booked (in my case, it was on the same day) and they sort anything remotely. I would call that excellent service. Have broken my ankle, so it would be difficult to go to the store. Cannot recommend them enough. For those who state they are 'difficult' and do not give good service?, would advise that they simply communicate. Every time I have been there, have approached the assistants and they have been very helpful. Agree, they do not approach the customer, which I feel might be a cultural misinterpretation of rudeness. They are simply there to assist if you wish for help, otherwise, they do not shove sales in your face like other salespeople might do. I like that.

Big store, large selection from washing machines to headsets. Friendly, helpful and plenty staff that spoke English, no waiting time for service. A bit pushy to add options like accesories, insurance etc but in a friendly and funny way so that was OK. I can recommend this store

Ordered Air conditioner online with installation. Very quick delivery (2 days). Unfortunately there has been issues regarding the installation as all online purchases are handled by Madrid and not the local Media Markt. After waiting for 7 days, we went to our local Media Markt. Lilly, at our local Media Markt at La Zenia gave us the best help possible and is a very nice person. She organised so that our Air conditioner was installed the day after our visit to our local shop.
