I visited OLISBODY today for a sports massage, as I continue rehabilitation from a lumbar artificial disc replacement. My experience was excellent--Patrizio Ottonello is highly skilled at stretching and body work, he helped me identify posture and alignment issues I was not fully aware of, and he offered lots of nutrition, supplement and training tips from a holistic perspective.
