We are absolutely delighted with the service Richard provided, from the initial consultation to the final installation. At the consultation he provided expert guidance and advice tailored to our individual situation and an extensive range of quality wood burners to suit our budget. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of his trade and completed the installation exactly as described, in a very tidy manner. Richard is very hard working, pleasant and professional, he made the whole installation process stress free. He was a pleasure to deal with and we are extremely happy with the very competitive price we paid. We can’t recommend him highly enough.

The pellet stove gives us more heat than we had with a log burner and only takes 2 minutes in the morning to clean and refill I would highly recommend Richard and piazzetta pellet stoves

We are so happy with our new pellet burner. Richard was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and professional from start to finish. He enabled us to use our existing fireplace which could never be used for a fire due to its construction. But it was no hassle for Richard as he took extra time to sort it, so it would accommodate the interior-flue. He worked while we were here and kept everything clean and tidy over the four days. He ran the outside-flue, so it would blend in nicely with the shower and retiled the tiles perfectly around the shower as they needed to come out for the flue to be fitted. Richard of RD Stoves has recently rectified a sub standard installation we had from Ambience Fires & solar. Following a number of faults we were eventually informed by the appliance manufacturer that the flue installed by Ambience was a single walled flue and the unit needed a twin wall flue to function correctly. This had to be undertaken at my expense as Ambience denied responsibility and refused to undertake any further work. The inside flue from the unit was not any better as can be seen here. All of this has now been rectified by RD Stoves and the unit is now working perfectly as it would have done had it been installed correctly in the first place. Thank you Richard.

Richard installed 2 pellet burners. The main fire in our living room was done although Richard hadn't installed one as we wanted. He built out at the rear leaving a flush fire in the main room. After running the fire for months one of the fans packed in. After trouble shooting. The issue. Richard was convinced it was the main PCB. But the manufacturers sent 2 engineers with Richard to do a thorough inspection. No guessing using experience and a methodical mindset. It was proved it was the PCB. Job done. 3 happy workers and a very warm house.

True professionals with a friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They replaced an old dangerous wood burner and lined our chimney. Making sure that everything was safe for us to use. Very happy with the results. I would highly recommend using their services.

Great family run business that have fitted both log and pellet stoves for me.
I have a very big room that 2 radiators could not seem to heat. This winter I have not even bothered with central heating I've had the pellet stove on and never been so warm. Thanks to Richard.

We had a consultation with Richard last year and decided to have a Pellet burner ,We are happy with it and the amount of time Richard took together the right size for us .Hopefully RD pettet stoves will be getting onto solar panels .That's our next purchase .

I'm not one for writing reviews but I'm am over the moon with the pellet burner fitted by RD Stoves.
Had one fitted in sitting room and will have another in dining area as it is impossible to heat with anything else. 10/10
