Some staff do speak English. In general the staff are all very helpful. Helped me choose a mobile phone which suited my needs and set it up in English for me. I go there for all my electrical goods and pc purchases and repairs.

Very friendly helpful staff. We were able to buy what we needed (a firestick) with help from English speaking staff. Also lovely friendly young check out girl. All together a successful experience.

Great staff knowledge on stock items, unfortunately the odd item I was looking for I was informed it was obsolete but I found it on Amazon, stock update required in my view.

Very large range of everything electrical from TV's, fridges, washing machines, kitchen appliances etc. After shopping around, we found this store to offer great prices plus the bonus on all electrical appliances offer a 2 year warranty from the manufacturer and the store will offer a 3rd year for a small amount. The staff speak English plus other languages for the clientele they attract, they also care about the customer, great customer service

I was asked by you to give a review on my purchase which I acquired online..
When I arrived at the store I was told to go to the area where the laptop I
purchased was being set up in English..a very bright young man greeted me with a lovely smile and speaking excellent English telling me it would be ready in five minutes, during that time I was able to look around the beautiful store admiring all the goods on offer.. on time, the young man
was packing my laptop and asked me to follow him to the cash desk,
after introducing me to the cashier, smiled ,shook my hand and went off.

I had to return a faulty item I purchased on Saturday and found the staff extremely helpful. When they were unable to find a suitable replacement they gave me a refund without quibble. They were helpful, polite and friendly.

Very helpful staff an item I bought 12 months ago stopped working, after leaving it with them for 3 weeks (my choice) they said it coulnt be repaired and gsve me a credit note. I bought the same item again but it was now 6 euros cheaper which they honoured.

This is about the biggest electrical store there is. They sell everything. But be prepared to have a long wait if you need to speak to one of the assistants. Don't be pressured into buying something you don't need.

I am really ok with media markt even if lot of people do not like them i never ever have there any problem with reparation, changing stuff, reclamation .. they always have been helpful and usefull to me.
