Ill tell you a story - first time I took my bike here, I was expecting the usual, change the chain, clean it up a bit - standard stuff. I was astounded when I got a brand new bike back - new cables everywhere that were a massive improvement on the stock stuff, issues pointed out that I would never have even known about, my Di2 programmed to function at all its power (more stuff I didn't know about.) I now know that when I take my bike there, it will come back vastly improved. Dani really knows his stuff. This can be a dangerous sport - reassuring to know that there is someone I can trust to keep everything ship-shape. Can't recommend highly enough. Cool people too!

I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get your bike fixed! And it is not only about the level of professionalism (which is great!) but also about a very client-oriented attitude and friendly approach. For a fair price you get the best service you would expect, even if it's Friday evening and you have some plans for your bike for the weekend - here they will do anything possible to help you! Now I know exactly where I will service my bike, and where I will go next time if I need to fix something urgently.

I used google translate to ask their repairman if he could look over my folding bike, which I’d just ridden 400km in France. He saw the rear brakes needed changing and I agreed. He cleaned everything up perfectly. Since they don’t normally work on Brompton folding bikes, there was an issue with the rear hub gear which he wasn’t able to fix. But at least he found the issue and I went to a Brompton specialist in Barcelona for that. Very nice guy too. :-)

A couple of months after my last shopping at this local. I only have a great experience and reference for them. I carry on my Yerka Bike looking for cover tires replacement and other bike complements and accessories and I'd received a professional service. Till today I am not having any trouble with my bike, perhaps I've been using it to commute to work and home everyday. Thanks for your service. I'll come back to contact you when I'll need.

Friendly and Informative staff, great prices and customer service. Booked my sons bicycle in for a service and they went above and beyond what was expected, going as far to adjust the angles of my sons handlebars and brakes to better suit his build and riding position when he collected the bike! Service was very thorough and was very happy with the final result. Will definately be using them again!

super professional support, value for money and great service: i arrived with my broken bike during siesta, but nevertheless somebody opened the door, asked me how to help - and fixed the bike within a couple of hours only, no spare parts had to be ordered ... !!! on top i even was asked if i needed another bike to go home ! repair was perfect and more than on time. its always great to deal with professionals, and if they are extraordinary friendly, the better. luckily i know exactly where to go with my e-bike in casteledefels ;D

Best LBS in the area period!!! If you want knowledgeable and fast bike mechanics that will bend over to help you then this is the place to go. I don’t give them 10 stars because I can’t. 100% recommended!!!

The team at Artbike is fantastic! As avid triathlete I have visited quite a few of the main providers in and around Barcelona. Artbike beats them hands down. Fast, affordable, and solution oriented. Next time I need to get my Canyon speedmax tuned, especially those nifty brakes, and fit a 11 cassette on a Zipp 808 with a 10 free hub, I know where to go!
