Great customer service from Kim the lovely lady who this morning very kindly took time to find out where my ordered parcel had got to. Seur courier was meant to drop off the order at the shop but dropped it off elsewhere, Kim took my order number and very kindly found out where my order had been delivered and gave me the information of where the shop location was.
Many thanks Kim for going the extra mile, I will most definitely be back and do some shopping in your lovely shop as today I was short for time.

It may not look very big but it´s like Aladdin´s cave, with a huge stock of British goodies. Sally, Kim and Neil are always friendly and will go the extra mile to help.

Nice friendly guy that runs it, good choice of English food, open on Sunday as well good for us that arrive late on Saturday
