PC-Highway

Took laptop which seemed to be dead (11years old) in on Saturday morning. Fixed and back to normal Monday afternoon. Excellent service and will certainly be back if necessary.

Ever since I have been a customer of PC Highway I have NEVER considered going anywhere else for anything related to purchasing computers, hardware or incredible technical assistance. If you need your laptop, PC etc sorting out, this is the best place by far. I have used them for the last 12 years at least. No problem is too small. Excellent service at excellent prices. Very good and knowledgeable people in there. If they don't have it, they'll get it. Been there today with a small problem, sorted. The workshop is busy but you will be accommodated. Marvelous service every time. I've just seen some impressive PC's going out and been told supplies are getting better, still the occasional hiccup. They are doing their best. Still working harder than ever but customer service and support is up the top of the charts.

What excellent and professional service. I took my poor old laptop in expecting a recommendation to buy a new one. But no, Heidi has transformed my computer, it's running a lot faster and is trouble free, just as good as new. I am so pleased to have found this shop. I would surely recommend PC Highway for their service and expertise.

My son told me on Saturday morning he had to print out some pictures for his homework (due to Monday), I went to print from home - my printer wouldn't would work😩.
Search for printers in Javea and came across PC-Highway, Heidi was amazing. We worked together the pictures in the correct format. She managed to get them printed in the right size and high quality. I'm sure he will get a 10/10 for his project, just like tthe 10/10 service I experienced.

I highly recommend this company for all technical assistance with regard to computers, laptops, tablets etc. Being elderly I do struggle with new technology and the help I have been given is outstanding. In fact, I can even now manage to do a Digital Signature. The Valencian Government local Councils and eventually banks are all transferring to technology and PC Highway are so friendly and helpful the transition to the new ways are explained and even those who are, like me techniically inept, feel supported and enlightened. Thank you PC Highway.

Excellent customer service! I contacted Heidi at PC-Highway as I was struggling to get online. I dropped my PC off expecting to lose it for a few days, but it was finished within the hour - FAB! Later that day I was struggling with something related so contacted Heidi expecting to have to drive down from Jesus Pobre to drop it off.
