This place is truly fabulous. 5*
The bedrooms are amazing, beautifully done with lots of space.
We only spent one night here, sadly, but we did half board. The food at dinner and breakfast was out of this world! 5* food, and their attention to detail was better than anywhere we had eaten in Spain. So worth a visit to this wonderful place. We even managed a 13.5 km walk on the GR1 which is right on their doorstep (thanks to the owner helping us get to our starting point!) We will be back., Thankyou.

This place is just wonderful, a real hidden gem that anyone looking for some time off in a quiet breathtaking place should consider. After spending a weekend there with my girlfriend we are surely going back again for many reasons:
- The place where it is located is just astonishing, full of nature and historic sites.
- The hotel is clean, tidy and well managed.
- Food is awesome, Angel is a great cook and uses top products from the area.

All these are great reasons but for us the top and key one, and if you check other reviews it is widely agreed upon, is that Angel and Rainer will treat you like, in my experience,very few hotels. They will do everything in the power to make you feel at home and as comfortable as possible and they will do it not because of etiquette but because they are wonderful people that love to treat their guests like that.
To sum up, this hotel is unique, run by two awesome people that are trying, and I think succeeding, to build their dream with great love and dedication and I don't think anyone visiting them will be dissapointed.

Everything is perfect here. From the breakfast with freshly prepared dishes, local meat and cheese, home made sweets, fresh fruit and local yoghurt and honey - to the room that is quiet and clean, the service, and the excellent advice for tours and trips in the vicinity. We also had dinner here which was excellent as well (no surprise after tasting the excellent dishes that come with the breakfast).

A FANTASTIC hotel situated in a breathtakingly beautiful rough landscape in northern Spain. The owners are extremely hospitality minded and the food is delicious!!! The rooms are furnished in a classic and unique style with quality materials. We will surely visit them again and highly recomment this hotel and its kitchen. Increadibly good value!

We went to Bodegas de Arnes to celebrate our anniversary, and we couldn't have made a better choice. This place is not only a hotel, it is the home of two amazing people who designed and built every little corner of this beautiful medieval house with all their love and dedication. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and very romantic. All the instalations and surroudings exceeded our expecations, and the service... wow what can I say about the service, it was superb. Breakfast was delicious, with local ingredients, homemade bread and jam, etc. We had dinner at the Bodegas restaurant two nights in a row and the cook is an artist! Also, there are plenty of activities a short drive away, the owners recommended very nice places. This was by far one of the best hotel experiences that I've ever had. Highly recommended!

You don't get just a warm atention, a cozy ambiance, and a terrific food quality, but an entirely different lodging experience far from conventional hotels and restaurants. It comes at a price, but as a bonus, you will be supporting a way of life, the ernest experience of Angel and Rainier in making the most to give you the best.

The perfect Stay! A beautiful room in a wonderfully renovated building. The hosts are kind, gentle with great attention to detail. Worth a visit.

Charming hotel with lovely owners!

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor, las habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Los propietarios son encantadores y siempre pendientes de los clientes, con un trato muy cercano. La cena y el desayuno de calidad y muy elaborado. El entorno es precioso. Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos por la zona.

Wij zouden hier 2 nachten verblijven, maar omdat het zo goed beviel, al de eerste avond gevraagd om te verlengen met 2 nachten!
Het was een geweldig verblijf; de rust, de gastvrijheid van de twee heren, hygiëne, aandacht voor de gasten, mooie kamer, en het geweldig lekkere eten. Zowel ontbijt en diner is een ware smaakbeleving. Over de gerechten is heel goed nagedacht en er wordt voornamelijk gewerkt met streekproducten.
Wij kwamen met een Tesla en ook hier werd meegedacht; we konden de auto opladen bij het hotel

Deze plek is een goeie uitvals basis voor verschillende uitstapjes:
• mountainbiken bij Ainsa
• canyoningen en raften
• touren met de auto door de omgeving naar leuke dorpjes / plekken (hier kunnen de heren ook mooie tips over geven. Wij hebben o.a. Alquézar bezocht)
• wandelingen zoals de kloof van Mont Rebei

Lugar con encanto y mucha paz. La habitación amplia, impecable en limpieza y la cama además de grande super cómoda con diferentes almohadas para todos los gustos. La cena exquisita preparada con mucho cariño y gusto en la presentación. Ángel y Reiner son un encanto te hacen sentir como de la familia! Y el desayuno sin palabras! Todos los productos de primera ! El hotel es muy bonito, y el trato de los dueños, espectacular.
Se nota que se preocupan mucho por tener todo perfecto. El desayuno es buenísimo y abundante. También cenamos allí y se nota que los productos son de calidad.
Sin duda para repetir.

Hotel encantador, super acogedor, muy bien ubicado, tranquilo y que cuida a sus clientes como si fueran de la familia pero dejándote tu privacidad.
He pasado un finde con mi marido perfecto, no se puede pedir más.
Habitacion limpísima, amplia, cama con dosel precioso, colchones comodísimos y muy grande, insonorización total solo se oye el silencio y los pájaros por la mañana, nuestro descanso ha sido total, el baño espacioso y con todo tipo de detalles para aseo y baño que no sueles tener en todos los sitios, detalles que marcan la diferencia.
Mucha limpieza por todo el hotel.
De la cena no sé ni por dónde empezar, estaba todo riquísimo, dejamos los platos limpios. Productos de mucha calidad y con mucha elaboración da como resultado la cocina de Ángel, mucho cariño y mucha dedicación sin escatimar en gastos para elaborar los productos de cercanía y como digo de mucha calidad.
El desayuno ha sido el más bueno y sano que he comido en ningún hotel, todo natural, de elaboración propia, la misma línea que la cena.
Todo esto unido a la profesionalidad y el saber estar de Reiner y Ángel hace que la estancia sea inmejorable.
Volveré seguro, con eso lo digo todo.
Tenéis un hotel que se hace inolvidable.

Los dueños unos excelentes anfitriones, con un gusto exquisito, una alta profesionalidad que es muy difícil de encontrar y unos productos de KM0 con una cocina creativa y de gran calidad. Un sitio altamente recomendable.

Vine a comer aqui y es IMPRESIONANTE. Tuvieron un trato cercano conmigo sobre mis alergias,si se le avisa ante sie.pre tiene alguna alternativa y la comida está espectacular,me encantó todo.

Un precioso hotel con encanto, inmejorable atención, inmejorable cocina elaborada a base de productos de primera calidad, menú exquisito, para mi el descanso además de la cocina es muy importante y aquí no escatiman en ofrecer un maravilloso descanso pensando mucho en la calidad de los colchones y las almohadas. 100% recomendable en todos los sentidos . Mi consejo tomar el desayuno maravilloso que te preparan con productos de muy alta calidad y volver a cenar en el hotel al final del día , para terminar un día agradecidos de tan maravillosas sensaciones.
Volveremos cada vez que vengamos a esta zona. Muchísimas Gracias de todo corazón Reiner y Ángel por vuestro trato tan humano y por cada detalle que habéis tenido con nosotras en toda nuestra estancia.

Hemos disfrutado de una deliciosa comida con ingredientes de primera calidad y un saber-hacer gastronómico sin igual. Un servicio de primer nivel. Recomendamos y regresaremos. Aplausos al cocinero y al camarero, ambas personas muy profesionales además de simpáticos y encantadores. Volveremos !!!

Hemos estado comiendo en su restaurante ya que mi familia había estado hace tiempo en el hotel alojados y tenían un recuerdo muy grato.
No ha defraudado en absoluto. Hemos probado el menú degustación y he de decir que todo estaba espectacular. Soy la única vegana de mi familia y cuando llamé para preguntar si había algún problema en que me adaptaran el menú no me pusieron ningún inconveniente, al revés, todo facilidades. El servicio es muy atento, cercano y simpático. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100℅.
El salón de comidas es chiquitín y eso hace que el servicio sea personalizado y cuidado con mimo.
La comida no es de 10, es de 11. Todo está cuidado al detalle.
Una verdadera joyica.
