Outstanding shop for hiring cycles. The bikes were brilliant- all checked before being handed over. The two men in charge could not have been more friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again and recommend very highly to others

During our stay in Santa Pola we rented twice an e-bike for a daytrip. We had no experience with the Gitane bikes and were surprised by its performance (we are Dutch, so we can know 😉). No problems whatsoever going uphill. Excellent brakes, well maintained .
The guys in the shop are very, very friendly and helpfull. Thanks Miguel and colleages, you really make the difference.
Next time we certainly come again to rent one of your bikes!

I arrived during training with a completely misaligned derailleur. I was received very quickly and the bike was repaired efficiently. I could still finish training. I recommend!

Update:
Unfortunately, I had another bike failure and came back to Mediterranean Cycles. Also this time, the repair went very smoothly, and I received the bike perfectly clean, adjusted and preserved. I recommend this workshop again!

We hired 2 ebikes and we had a wonderful day. The man in charge was so pro and friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again and recommend to others too.

Very good bike rental services, really fair prices and they are very helpful, one of our tires went flat and the worker of the shop came to fix it (15 km’s away) without having to pay extra. We will definitely come here again and i recommend them over any other bike store in the region!

Sehr empfehlenswerte Fahrradwerkstatt. Es wurden bei unserem Rad zwei Speichen gewechselt. Das hat super schnell geklappt, so konnten wir nach einer Stunde das Rad wieder abholen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Betreiber. Wir wünschen dem Unternehmen weiterhin alles Gute. 🍀🍀🍀

Ich hatte einen platten Reifen und bin zum M. Cycles gefahren.
Das Fahrrad wurde sofort in Empfang genommen mit der Aussicht, es würde heute oder in einigen Stunden repariert.
Prompt hatte ich bei sehr freundlichem Service mein Rad zu einem günstigen Preis schon nach wenigen Stunden zur Verfügung. Dazu wird ein kleines aber gut sortiertes Zubehör angeboten.

Wir sind mit einem platten Vorderreifen am Fahrrad dort angekommen und haben nach Hilfe gefragt...
5 Minuten später war ein neuer Schlauch montiert und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Unglaublich!
Am zweiten Mountainbike habe ich dann den hinteren Mantel tauschen lassen. Dabei hat der Mechaniker, der mich etwas an Antonio Banderas erinnerte, noch die Schaltung eingestellt.
Wir sind super zufrieden.
Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich zuletzt eine derartig gute Dienstleistung erlebt habe. Bin begeistert.

Sehr gute Fahrradwerkstatt. Hatte ein Problem mit der Schaltung meines Fahrrads bin dann direkt zur Werkstatt gefahren und der freundliche Mitarbeiter hat mir sofort geholfen und ein neues Teil eingebaut. Und das alles ohne Termin, in Deutschland undenkbar und unschlagbar günstig.
Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Haben die Inspektion für unsere zwei e-bikes dort durchführen lassen. Super Service. Kompetent, freundlich und schnell. Als wir die Räder abholten, sahen sie aus wie neu, da sie auch noch geputzt wurden. Wir können den Laden ausnahmslos empfehlen.
