The cafe here does the best tortilla I've had for a while, if you get in early, around 8am, when it's fresh out of the pan, it's 'poco-hecho' soft in the middle, and crispy on the outside, the caramelized onions, give it a beautiful sweetness. Great coffee, and the tostada's with 'Jamon y tomate' are spot on.

The bus station serves local and long-distance routes. Inside, a ticket/information counter is staffed and helpful. Most schedules ar posted. There is a cafeteria service fresh food, coffee at very reasonable prices - not inflated as at airports. There’s also a conviene store on site. Recommended!

It has a small nice bar, and Carrefour Express for late night shopping. The station itself is ok, nothing to do with the often huge delays of busses.

One of the cleanest bus stations I have seen so far on the Costa Blanca is the one at Santa Pola. Lovely view from outside as you can see from the pic below in stark contrast to the busy roundabout we were looking out over.

Bathrooms were clean, and the store on site had pan y cerveza for the bus ride. There is a restaurant that looks good but we didn't try it this time.

Great place for a bus but today the cafe was shut for staff holidays. Also very busy. The drivers and station staff do a great job👍👏
