Amazing hotel, they have done a fantastic refurbishment on this place. The place is huge with fantastic pools and terraces. Usual all inclusive buffet but lots of variety. And yes it’s a buffet so you have to actually get up and go help yourself….can’t believe certain individuals have given a low score because they had to go and get food themselves….idiots! Restaurant is huge and sometimes busy but plenty of tables. Staff are very friendly and the place is spotless. Will definitely be back!

This hotel is amazing!! You genuinely couldn’t wish for better service. There was not one faunt about this place. The food was amazing and so much choice, the odd section changes everyday.
The rooms were so clean and comfortable.
The staff were so friendly and caring.

Servatur Puerto Azul is a excellent hotel we were very impressed. The decor is lovely and it was spotless the whole time we were there. The rooms were great with a nice sea view, comfortable beds, duvets and pillows. The food was excellent there was such a variety of dishes. The staff were so friendly and efficient. The hotel was in a good location with a beautiful view and the pool area was so nice and relaxing and the infinity pool was amazing.

A really beautiful large complex over 7 levels. Food is amazing and apartments clean with lovely comfy beds. The views here are spectacular of the sea below and mountains above. A truly stunning hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Everything is clean and fresh. One of the nicest hotels I've ever been to anywhere. I will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel, we love the new style with the refurb. Reception, pools, dining room, all beautifully decorated. Our room was renovated and overlooking the sea and also Puerto Rico, perfect! The buffet has plenty options and the quality is very good. Overall, a wonderful stay. Special thanks to the front desk who were helpful at all times: Marcos, Sabrina, Sandy, Carina and Stefanie, thank you so much for everything, we’ll be back!

I would give 5 stars for service if the reception staff were less arrogant and upon arrival tea/coffee, milk etc were available in the room.

The rooms have all been refurbished and not a fault to be found. Clean and light with a great shower, beds comfortable and a large spacious balcony.

The restaurant caters for every taste with huge selection of choices. Quality is good and staff are helpful and friendly. Complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks (on a self seve basis) are available as is soft drinks throughout the hotel.

It is a superb hotel for both couples and families alike and the amenities are second to none.

If you are thinking of booking here's a few notes: Rooms can involve taking 2 lifts and a fair walk (due to the nature of building on a steep terrain). A large Spar shop is adjacent to the hotel. Taxis are plentiful and cost little.

Just left this hotel after a week's holiday, the reason for the 3* location is how steep the hills are to get there You need the agility of a mountain goat to get up the road if walking, the steps are a good 20 minutes down hill to the port. It would kill me to climb back up luckily a taxi is €6.
The hotel is beautiful and the height gives it fabulous views, The rooms are spacious and clean. All the staff are terrific and are a credit to the hotel. Food was excellent varied and hot. If you are a family with children and may not leave the hotel this is for you, most other folk wanting to explore the area get a taxi.

Stayed here for 7 nights in early February 2024 and we had a great experience. We are a family of two adults and three kids and we found it pretty much ticking all of the boxes we would want for family accommodation in a Canary Islands resort setting.
As others have noted, this hotel felt more like a 4 star than a 3 star hotel and I suspect it will soon become the former. The place is pristine with clean, comfortable accommodation, great customer service and facilities. Good swimming pools layout and options; two good water slides suitable for kids and adults and smaller slide for small kids with water features/toys area. I went on water slides many times and they were great fun, and constantly supervised. Loved the fact that there were tons of sun loungers available, not the usual stress of trying to nab some at the crack of dawn. Good daytime activities for adults, I only did water aerobics and darts but there were others laid on every day. Also was an evening entertainment program, although we didn’t tend to stick around for that. Playground for smaller kids, amusement room with air hockey, basketball hoops etc. Multiple pool tables located around the venue, all machines in good working order.
Food was very good considering it is a buffet arrangement. Decent variety and options over the entire week. Ice cream machine a really nice touch (especially as our youngest is autistic and only eats plain ice cream). Bean to cup coffee machines aplenty, this coffee geek was happy enough with the two cappuccinos consumed each morning!
Location wise, hotel is perched fairly high up one of the hillsides in Puerto Rico, resulting in splendid views from hotel and our room. Downside of this is that it is a significant walk to the centre of the action in Puerto Rico, down very steep road/path, and you really need a taxi to get back but taxis are very plentiful and reasonable and hotel reception will call you a taxi no problem.
There is a commercial centre within a 5 minute walk, with bars, restaurants, supermarket and crazy golf, as well as the on site Spar shop. The commercial centre itself is fairly run down but seems to have some decent enough bars there, cannot comment on the food options.
Overall very happy with the Servator Puerto Azul - would recommend and would return.

Lovely hotel,food was good something for everyone. Good beds nice clean sheets. The shower was very good too. Infinity pool was lovely and warm . Roof top pool nice and quiet, fantastic view from the rooftop looking over to Puerto Rico. Plenty of sun beds around all the pools. Staff were lovely very helpful when we needed taxi etc. Wine and beer available on tap at the restaurant. They also had prosecco Rosie and white. The hotel is on the top of the hill not too good if you have mobility problems. Taxi are cheap enough to go anywhere here. Went to Porta Mogan for the day only €20 . Enjoy this beautiful hotel, hope you have a wonderful holiday.

Great stay,staff friendly and helpful. Food was really good with a great selection cater for all. The hotel is quite high up,but taxis are readily available and reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed in September 2023, after the hotel was refurbished and we highly recommend it. Had a Classic Junior Suite - the views are stunning, from the room terrace we saw the sunrise and from the restaurant terrace the sunset, just stunning.

The main swimming pool has animators and they keep everyone entertained but the music can get a bit loud. There is a private area for adults only too on the top floor and there are plenty of kids activity areas as well.

Everything is clean and staff are very attentive, the food is great - fresh, lots of variety and good quality.

Be mindful that the hotel only has twin beds and it’s high up on the hill so if you want to have a walk by the seaside you need to either take a taxi or take the stairs (709 of them, it only takes 10 minutes though). Walking is an option too but the road is steep so not suitable for small children.

Evening entertainment was great too. We loved it and would definitely come back!

Spent last week there with my partner. We found this place online, it has just been renewed and opened like 2 month ago. It's the most beautiful hotel I've ever been. It's so inviting and relaxing from the moment you walk in, feels like luxury. The views from all around the hotel are absolutely gorgeous! The sunrises and sunsets are picture perfect. There are swimming pools are for every age, it never felt too crowded. There's also an adult area where you can find some quiet and peace while relaxing in a cabana. There's always so many activities to keep you busy with the hilarious entertainment team! Aqua gym is a must!
I recommend doing the all inclusive as you can help yourself to drinks all day, and trust me you will get thirsty in the fantastic heat. The staff is amazing, always smiling and happy to help. Never felt so valued as a guest. Honestly they all need a rise. Try the pizzas from the snack bar, the best. Food is good and there's lots of variety you won't be bored. This hotel is perfect, only tiny thing is location to the beach, but it only cost £4 to get there so not a big deal. There's more areas still being built like a spa and adult area with infinity pool so we will definitely be coming back next year to check them out. If you were doubting about booking here just do it you won't regret it. It's the best in the area you will feel like Kings and Queens. Thanks to all the team, see you soon.

Great hotel. One of my favorite food and drink holiday experiences, with near guaranteed sunshine. Excellent, friendly staff. Would consider coning again.

Great hotel, would definitely return, the rooms are great but you will have to get use to the lifts, the gym is spot on lacks free bars but could do a proper workout, food was good, only downside the bars close at 11 pm so if you drink alcohol you won’t be able to get a drink after 11, other than that can’t fault it .

Amazing hotel, very clean, amazing rooms (the beds were super comfy) and pools!
All the staff were really friendly.

The only downside was how far up the hill the hotel was, but there are taxis everywhere and they’re really affordable.

Its fully renovated hotel, 4 swimming pools, 2 water slides, splash 💦 pool with water slide for little toddlers..
Pool activities.. Yoga.. Games.. Etc... 🤩
Amazing food.. Always loads of different kind food for everyone, amazing views, relax area, bars, loads of sunbeds, umbrellas, relax seats etc...

Most of the rooms is apartment type: 2 rooms in one and newly renovated, balcony and 2 sunbeds in it, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, big smart TV(that's means you can watch YouTube/Netflix or share your phone), few sets of plates, vine glasses and some cutlery..

At this moment they finishing adult only area with tons of sunbeds and "sky-fly" swimming pool...

Also: they renovating 12 rooms with private 12 swimming pools 🤫😉

The hotel recently opened when we got there but you wouldn’t have known, the hotel was lovely and looked so modern and clean. The food was very fresh and tasty too. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, especially the animation team who the brought the vibes constantly with their activities, dancing and smiles. We will miss them all so much! I also want to give a special shout out to Claudia and Bachiri for their excellent cocktails and banter!

This place is everything you would want in a holiday. Loads of things to keep the kids entertained. Really relaxing and also lots of things for adults to do to. We really enjoyed the aqua aerobics and games round the pool during the day. The animation team definitely made are holiday one to remember. They were absolutely amazing. Paula, Alex, bianca and evalina were the ones we really got on with but everyone of the animation team were 5*. We want to return to see them again ☺ the food and drink are great always plenty of variety. All the staff were really friendly and helpful always. The views are amazing. We loved Watching the sunset and sunrise over the mountains. Claudia and Christian made the best cocktails and always went out of there way. Great banter too. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. It's really worth every penny. We will be back very soon. 🥰
