Was on vacation in Gran Canaria in Oct. Bought a pair of shoes in this store. Good service and very friendly, nothing to complain about. But the first day I wore them, I lost both soles. Unfortunately, I was already back then in Italy. I sent a personal message to discuss compensation and to avoid putting a negative review on Google, but did not receive an answer. I did not expect that.That is why this review now here.

I can only advise you not to go into this store. The seller is just cheeky, unfriendly and rude. In addition, you can expect to pay more here than if you buy the things in your home country or online. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable here.

But when I politely wanted to negotiate with him about the price (if i buy more than one product), the seller became extremely abusive and rude. When my husband intervened, the seller even offered him "a kick in the face". What a Infantile polemics. In any case, the behavior of the seller is not acceptable for a supposedly serious business.
