Great place with the water park I the price. Beech just 2 mins away, nice family rooms, helpful staff. Only thing if you fancy a cuppa in the room it's 2.50 euros a day but apart from that a great stay.

Nice comfortable rooms overlooking the complex and surrounding hills. Forget the room brochure advising about reserving sun beds around the hotel pool, they are all covered by towels very early in the morning but worry not there is a reserved area in the water park as you enter in the right hand queue to the right at the entrance to the park. Its a three shift eating arrangement in the cafeteria that seemed to work well with tables always available when we wanted to eat. The cafe staff were superb quickly clearing the table efficiently without being intrusive but always with a happy greeting and smile. The water park is superb with a river type layout split into two areas, upper and lower with small areas reserved for the exit of the waterslides. The pool water was salty as the sea would be so for swimmers with sensitive eyes goggles should be worn or bought from the well stocked shops situated underneath the hotel swimming pool area. Avoid flying Ryan air if you can, the four hour + flight was very uncomfortable in their no frills seats but enough room for a six footer like me.

Wee had an amazing 11night stay in January there was 12 of us and none of us had a complaint. Kids were crying they didn't want To go home .
Wee fly out in 8weeks for a 7night holiday again and cannot wait . Wee are going.when water park in under renovation but that doesn't bother us .
I'm glad wee chose to ignore the bad reviews 🙂

If you want a quiet week then this is the place for you. It's near the beach which has a free bus and the hotel has a separate area for adults only.

Wouldn't want to go in the hight for the summer as feel it would be to busy but for some winter sun perfect. Nice hotel with great beach 100 metres away

A wonderful place. Stay in Hotel includes free entry in the Water Park which is a fun place for everyone. The shops around also have friendly staff. One shop in particular is famous for the cats in the area. Visit to this shop is a must. It has a collection of different novelties and souvenirs which people buy as gifts to take back home.

Sadly the decor hasn't been updated in the 5yrs, the food was good on week 1 but week 2 everything just tasted the same. With the main road opposite ( not in booking info) you have to double back on yourself to go to Mogan around €30 in a taxi. Bus is only a lot cheaper if 2 or 3 ppl. The swimming park is great apart from having to pay for shade if needed! Wasn't like this 5yrs ago either. Beach needs some work as stairs not too safe.
I'll never be put off from going to gran canaria but will not return to this hotel unfortunately as loved it 1st time round. The staff are mostly lovely especially the restaurant worker that fist pumps everyone and goes out his way to say hello. Still had a great holiday that's just my review of hotel and road closure.

Despite the shortcomings of the hotel we stayed at, these two individuals went above and beyond to create magical moments for me and my family, making our trip truly unforgettable. While the hotel we chose may have lacked the luxurious amenities and impeccable cleaning service we had anticipated, Gabriel and Daniel's exceptional talents and dedication shone through, transforming our stay into an extraordinary adventure. Their infectious energy, genuine warmth, and unwavering commitment to ensuring our happiness were the true highlights of our vacation. Gabriel's presence radiated joy and enthusiasm, such an artist!!!! Daniel, on the other hand, displayed an unmatched level of passion and dedication. Despite the challenges posed by the hotel's limitations, he went above and beyond to curate unique and exciting experiences for us. His extensive knowledge of the local area allowed him to uncover hidden gems and design customized itineraries that showcased the beauty and cultural richness of our destination. I will definitely return for these two incredible characters!!

My 8 year old son and I absolutely loved this hotel and resort.
The food had a great selection, rooms were clean and a nice size.
The hotel pool was always very busy, so just we just used the water park and beach

It is not bad at all! I booked the hotel by mistake as I desperately wanted the water park; after I booked ai realised that is was a 3*hotel and not a 4* hotel. I got worried as I have a 1 year old as well and the reviews was not all great. If you book a 3* hotel, you cannot expect a 5*hotel service. The room was ok and cleaned every dayly, if they forgot to change the towels I asked at the reception and they changed them quickly, if I needed more soap or toilet paper I was given those immediately. The staff at the restaurant were really really kind and helpful. The food was ok to very good, considering that you had fresh fried fish twice a day and another type of meet fried in front of you and salad as much as you want ( you could make your own salad) There were at least another 4 meat dishes and 5-7 side dishes; there were options for children and 3 pasta dishes every day. 5 types of fruits every meal. The water park is the best but the all inclusive gives you the free entrance to the park but you need to pay if you buy any food or drinks inside the park. The good thing is that you also have the beach at the end of the alley. There are shops and a small supermarket, 2 farmacies and 2 slightly fancy shops. Our family enjoyed the stay very much and my very fancy/poshy 8 year old said to the reception when we left: I would give this a 4*. :)

It's an amazing place. I haven't read other reviews but I'd book again. Clean , plenty of food, not much drinks to chose but still OK. There are some negatives to mention like waiters/waitresses took our plates faster then they should as sometimes we were still eating and they just took it without asking or the late check-out should be essential for those whom flying back home at night!

For an all inclusive family holiday with two boys 9 & 12, this place was superb!!
The hotel was much nicer than we expected, especially given it's star rating.
The family suite was basic but perfectly clean with a large balcony and superb view.
The dining area was great, with a large selection of tasty food, including something for everyone.
However where this hotel really shines is the facilities. There's a small pool in the hotel itself, but the main feature is clearly the waterpark. This is free to access for all Paradise hotel residents and is open daily from 10am - 6pm (exactly the time when the sun is on it).
You can't access the all inclusive food and drink in here, but as the hotel dining area is only a few mins walk away, we just went in there for lunch, then came straight back to the park.
There's also outdoor kids entertainment in the evening, a bit of a walking/play area at the rear of this. There's an arcade, mini bowling alley, pool tables, massage chairs, crazy golf and a beach with watersports.
To be honest, the boys just wanted to stay in the waterpark, so that was what we did.

All in all, a fantastic holiday and we wouldn't hesitate to go back again 😁😁👍

Fantastic hotel, don't expect a 5* quality place, however the cleaners do an amazing job maintaining high standards.

The food can become repetitive but it is all inclusive and the quality a variety is good...

The staff are friendly and very helpful...

The entertainment staff especially Gabrielle done an exceptional job of keeping our girls 12/09 yrs entertained, always have a smile on their face and really involve them in any activities...so glad we booked here

I have no complaints about this hotel apart from the occasional problem with the key cards. This problem was sorted swiftly by staff as receptionist however. The pool is opposite to the hotel and has a great range of different water slides, some for adults some for kids etc;. The restaurant had a vast selection of food and even some from different countries such as Germany and France. The hotel staff and room cleaners and very polite and greet you and you cross paths. They are always happy to answer the many questions you may want to ask even though their english is limited, which is understandable. I believe the other reviews are being far to harsh and need to see the good side of this wonderful hotel

Absolutely loved it here. The rooms were big and there was loads of space to move about in, The beds were surprisingly comfy which can differ if people prefer firmer mattresses. Loads of food options and it tasted good, we also were out at the beach bars and the food and drink there was amazing. Best cocktails ever. The entertainment was hit and miss some good and some bad but the kids enjoyed it and that's the main point making memories. The cocktails weren't so good at the entertainment bar but amazing at the beach bar. The water park was salty but it's the exact same as the sea you get used to it quickly, We had so much fun on the beach in the sea and in the waterpark. We also went to Puerto Rico angry birds, went out on the Sagittarius cat which was amazing saw loads of dolphins and also went to the holiday world which was so much fun. Taxis were really easy to get and weren't expensive. We loved it here and made so many happy memories, we will definitely go back with the kids again, if we were to go as a couple we probably wouldn't stay here as it is more family orientated.

Kids loved playing in the pool and the daytime entertainment (so did the mum's)
Splash park was only partially open due to renovation which was slightly upsetting for the kids.

I stayed here on our family holiday and it was FANTASTIC!! As it was an all inclusive holiday I expected the food to be the same everyday but I was pleasantly surprised!! Everyday they had something different 😁 The staff, and customer service, were amazing and really friendly and tge evening entertainment was also great. I would definitely go back with the kids.

The hotel is showing its age but friendly and helpful staff the bar and the outside bar closed at 11pm so it was a good place to stay no party going on till 3 and 4 in the morning all in all would definitely be staying again

Lovely hotel rooms are a bit dated but the hotel is beautiful and the food is off the scale so good no complaints

Stayed here with the family and had a great time.Pool was lovely and clean and all the staff where brilliant and friendly.Daniel in the animation team was top bloke and got all the kids involved.Would definitely come back
