San Sebastian itself is THE City. The Hotel is nice and offers A Garage to safe your Car. The Price is a little to high for my taste, and I could not try the spa and benefits of the Hotel. We were just there for one night on our way to Portugal. The beds were good and two free waters were offered.

Wow, this hotel was amazing! I mean, what more can you expect, clean rooms, super friendly staff, and affordable prices, this has to be one of my favorite hotels in San Sebastián! The breakfast was a bit pricey (€19 pp), if you don’t book ahead of time, for a continental breakfast, which is why I would recommend you to go to other cafes for breakfast! The amenities were great, including free complementary water on the first night, a grand piano in the lobby area, and free water and candy any time of the day at the front reception! Keep in mind that the minibar costs money. The staff were super friendly and helpful for any question that you may have, and even going above and beyond to find the perfect answer for you! The location isn’t the best because to get to the airport, you either have to take bus 16 to the city center and catch bus E21, or if you have a morning flight, walk 12 min to catch E23. Getting to the city center or Mount Igeldo requires bus line 16, which is directly in front of your hotel! However, this is still a very good hotel given the rooms, price, and service!

Looking forward to staying here again. Very quiet area! Short walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Good hotel with a decent location. Just a word of warning - its on a hill so if you plan on walking in San sebastian with a full belly - you may need a taxi 😂

I had a great stay at this hotel. If I started from reception, they were so friendly and warm welcoming. Room was clean and my favorite is balcony. They provided all the essentials. Breakfast was awesome with lot of options. The ambience at lawns (in front of the hotel) was so impressive. Moreover, nice parking facility is available. Overall great experience.

Motorcycle Tour Group - We chose this hotel because of the necessity for secure parking. Excellent in every aspect and that is difficult to achieve in a hotel of this size. We were particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet and would heartily recommend it to others.

Enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Spacious room with a balcony, very clean. Fantastic breakfast with omelette cook and lot of fresh fruit, pastries etc. Although the hotel is not situated in the central town, it is just a short beautiful walk away from the centre, and very close to the beach. Large lounge with bar. The large and well equipped gym is not included in room price, but is still worth a visit (8 euro). Easy to park in the parking garage under the hotel. The parking has charging for electric cars. The only thing that did not work was that the keys stopped working 4 times during our visit, and we needed to change/ upload them in reception every time. Otherwise I really recommend this hotel!

Hotel located not so far from beach. 2km far from old town. Close to gym & fitness. Food is very good and varied. Helpful and professional service. Rooms in good condition (not the best, but enough to stay couple days). Very good conference rooms.

The rooms are great, the staff really helpful. The beds are AMAZING! Excellent quality and huge size. There is a small parking to the right and you are lucky to find a space, you can pay a ticket from the machine. The hotel has parking but far cheaper if you can get parking outside.

Wonderful hotel!
I have stayed 3 nights there. The location is close to the beach and from both side of the hotel is a bus station.
Very fast check-in and polite front desk staff.
The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped with all the utilities.
2 bottle of water were complimentary.
The cleaning service was ok.
The breakfast was delicious with several choices local and international.
I had also one dinner at the À la carte restaurant and the result was the same delicious food and great service.
Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed here for about a week and we were very surprised to read the negative comments. We found the breakfast (included in our rate) very good value, with lots of options and very high quality. One of the best breakfast buffets we've had. The room was nice and clean, and the pool, lobby, and bar area wonderfully decorated and great for getting some work done. The hotel is in a nice location, close to the beach (10 min walk) but quiet and relaxed. A gym was missing when we visited but we were told one was opening just next door the following month. Overall great experience!

A bit expensive, but it was august and everything about this hotel was great, especially the check-in staff, who helped us to resolve an error we made on our reservation, when they were fully booked. Also helped us with parking of our rather large van! Great terrace and very nice rooms. Location is a little out from the town but it’s a pleasant 20 min walk or an €8 taxi ride

This was a last minute decision due to unexpected developments with our travel arrangements. We have been visiting San Sebastian two or three times a year, staying at the best address in town, if not Spain. But this time, we decided to try something else in another part of town. We booked online on Barcelo's website and got an amazing deal (breakfast, underground parking and wifi included). The deluxe room was worth it, the common parts were spotlessly clean, staff was incredibly friendly everywhere we went and the breakfast buffet did not disappoint. Dinner in the restaurant was a simple but pleasant experience. The hotel was not very busy which obviously helped improved our own personal comfort and perception. We will certainly return and we highly recommend the place if you are looking for a comfortable, well managed property

Superb service by the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Can't fault it. The breakfasts were great and had a wide choice of options. The rooms were spacious, clean and well presented with a balcony. The new gym downstairs looked superb but we didn't get to use it. It's situated about 25 min walk from the old town but Matia is a lively alternative only 10 mins away.

Very nice hotel in Donostia fulfilling Barceló standars. Nice, clean and spacious rooms facing south(sun all day long). The only contra its location, hotel is located in a very steep road and is not very convenient for old people.

Clean and nice hotel. Location is not so good if you want to go to the old town (around 40 min walk) - taxi is 10 eur.

Stunning looking hotel on the inside. Room was adequate, although the air conditioning didn't work. Bed and specially the pillows were very comfortable. Fast wifi all over the hotel. Lots of parking space. Also situated close to the beach. Breakfast was really delicious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here

Loved the cozy hotel. Rooms are great tidy and large enough. Breakfast buffet is amazing with lot of variability. Pool is clean and big with tanning area. But its 15 mins walking away from the beach.

Very helpful staff speaking English. The room was cozy for business stays. I'd love to choose this hotel again in the future.

Nice hotel that's within 7 min from La Concha beach. The only issue is that it's a little far from stores and restaurants. But the service is good and the staff is friendly. We even received a post card containing a thank you note along with a sugar and butter cookie!
