I ordered a pair of Brooks running shoes.
365rider was very correct in communication, but the transport company with who they work (POSTNL) in Belgium could not deliver to the requested address therefore the first package was returned to sender.

365rider offered me instantly to resend the same type of shoe but in another colour while the original ordered color was no longer available... New shoes send on their expense en just picked them up in a Mondial Relay pickup point.

So very pleased with the 365rider service and responsive communication. I will order there again soon. Keep up the good and professional work!

Es mi primera compra en 365rider, había visto una oferta muy buena para unas Asics Noosa Tri y decidí comprobar a ver que tal funciona la web..
Y me he llevado una muy agradable impresión, ya que hice el pedido a media mañana del lunes 27 y a final de la mañana del martes 28, se lo dejaron al conserje (Tal como puse en las indicaciones para la entrega)
Un servicio 10 puntos..
El producto ha llegado perfecto..
Y mañana saldré a probarlas y hacer unos kms a ver que sensaciones tengo..
Dan un buen servicio, buenos precios y una amplia gama de productos..
Es una web totalmente recomendable y por supuesto, que repetiré..

He comprado unas Merrelll Agility Peak 5 del 47 y todo perfecto.
También prefunte una duda por correo y contestaron enseguida.

Precio imbatible y envío fulgurante. Me ha parecido un sitio de confianza. No conseguí pagar con American Express a pesar de que, aparentemente, la admiten. Con PayPal cargan una pequeña comisión. Dentro de unos cientos de kilómetros a trote viejuno, les volvería a comprar.
