It was a comfortable and convenient 2-night stay for us!

The staff were very polite and helpful; it was a pleasure to interact with them.

The breakfast was well-balanced with plenty of fruits, which I enjoyed.

The location was quite good, but keep in mind that it's about a 25-minute walk to downtown.

Wonderful Hotel with a great service and a super nice receptionist (the one who created a new booking for me ) she was very helpful and polite (always a nice smile on her face).

I will give for that 5 Stars service!

Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights been to Valencia a few times hotel was spotless modern but the staff sold it to me they could not do enough for you they were so polite and accommodating to you courtesy but with great sense of humour breakfast was excellent great variety and the metro into the city is right beside the hotel will definitely stay again on our next trip thanks to Alannah and all the staff from Beverly Anthony and Joseph from dublin

Great hotel! We can recommend this hotel. Very friendly personnel, nice and clean rooms. Bathroom with nice shower and also a bidet.
The bed is nice and comfortable. Breakfast is really good, lot’s of choice.
Just outside the hotel are places to lock the rental bikes which is great.
Taxi from here to the beach is less than 20 euros.

Friendly stuff, good rooms, nice breakfast, has parking in hotel, metro station is nearby, coffee store and nice pool.

From the receptionist to the room services every single employee are the best a ever see or experience in my trips, how warm, frendly and prfesional are, everybody was unique... all of you stole my heart ❤ also the social services is incredible. We need more companies like you in every city and country in the world 🌎

Nice equipment and big rooms. Only would be nice if they also supply slippers.

I had such a great 7-night stay! I'd definitely recommend it. The room was so spacious that it even included a sofa. I stayed in the Madrid hotel earlier this year and was so impressed that I booked here for my Valencia visit. The staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. I also paid (costs 14 euros) for breakfast one day and the pastries were amazing. Although the hotel is not located directly in the centre, there is a metro stop around the corner (Beniferri) and several restaurants within walking distance. It's a quiet area which is nice and the views from the hotel are insane. I was on the 11th floor, overlooking the entirety of Valencia! The WiFi was also extremely quick, in fact it was better than my connection at home.

Really lovely hotel. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Situated in a good spot witj a supermarket around the corner. Only gripe is other people from them 3 star hotel next door coming to use the pool!

Friendly and competent personal, very clean, room pretty big with desk and a sofa. Sanitary perfect, very good breakfast, 8 minutes away from the conversation centre, sightseeing busstop 3 minutes away

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The Hotel is situated central enough for a few sightseeing tours. Near the hotel are restaurants and pubs.

I'm not sure of the price as the hotel came with the holiday I purchased.

Nice place, only thing that pool only opens in June. Otherwise nice!
