15 min shuttle from the airport. Shuttle is a large tour bus that comes every hour. We arrived at 2245 with about 30 other people who has missed their flights at Barajas. Check in was slow but the staff were pleasant. Their restaurant closes at 11 so they prepared brown sack lunches. They must have called it ahead. It was a sandwich, apple, yogurt, chips, and chocolate. The room was a suite with a bedroom with a door that closes and a dining/seating area with a small TV and refrigerator. It was one of the cleanest and quietest hotels I have been in this year. The air conditioning worked very well and there was plenty of hot water to shower. Certainly a no frills, nearly dorm type hotel. There was construction in the lobby. They also provided a brown sack breakfast because our flight in the morning was too early to go to the restaurant. I would definitely come back if I needed to stay close to the airport though I didn't have to pay for the stay this time. @teresabliving

Flight from London got delayed and I missed my connecting flight to San Sebastián, as such Iberia airlines gave me a night’s stay here with dinner and breakfast. Here’s a comprehensive review:

The hotel shuttle brings you to and from the hotel, u have the find the hotel shuttle bus stop outside the airport, which shouldn’t be hard as all the hotels use the same stop so u can see different vans with their respective hotel logos.

The room was a massive suite, with a toilet (bathtub included), couch with tv, and dining table. Best of all, it was sparkly clean. However don’t expect a suite tho, I may have got lucky.

Dinner was a superb buffet. I have high expectations for food and for a hotel which honestly looks like a prison, the food blew me away. When I was there the hotel was filled with many football teams, so the food had to be of some standard I guess.

For a night’s stay arranged by the airline, it was beyond satisfactory.

We stayed here after our Iberia flight was delayed and we missed our connection in Madrid. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The facilities were nice. The breakfast buffet was great! The shuttle to the airport runs once every hour. All in all it was a great stay under the circumstances!

Don't know why everyone complains about this hotel, I got sent here by my airline, the staff were friendly, the rooms are very clean and the good is great, this should be a 3.5 star hotel not 2

3 stars for location only because walking to anywhere but a derelict parking garage (which don't get me wrong is rather cool) or the Amazon building, is impractical. I stayed by myself but plenty of kids playing so it is very family friendly. The food here was awesome, buffet style and they were kind and accommodating. The room is a full suite with a living room and hallway, and the beds, while firm, had very comfy blankets and such. The lobby was large with some drink machines. The pool was quite large with a lawn next to it, people were relaxing easily by it.

Overall, I'd call this a very good stay :)

4 of us stayed here for the Mad Cool Festival. We booked the Family room suite. Which had two bedrooms. One bedroom had a queen size bed. The other bedroom had bunk beds. Then there was a living room with one couch, a 4 seat table, and a twin bed. This was a comfortable stay considering we spent most of our time at the festival and just were here to sleep. My only complaint is that the mattresses were hard. The location itself doesn't have any restaurants or stores, everything is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride.

We ended up in this hotel by coincidence as our flight was delayed and we spent one night here.
Surprisingly for airport hotels, our room was nice , very spacious for family of four.
Hygiene on high level. Buffet dinner was excellent with various dishes to choose. Despite that our check-out from hotel was prior official time of breakfast, hotel staff prepared packed breakfast for us.

June 2021, post-Covid reopening.
2 New Yorkers unexpectedly stuck in Madrid overnight and we ended up at the Tryp Airport hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised.
The suites were pretty large and everything seemed clean and well maintained. The front and dining staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both very tasty and had a nice variety, both far exceeded American hotel standards.
The lobby seating, outdoor seating, and pool spaces were all nice and could accommodate a large group. The have a airport shuttle or it’s a 15 min taxi, and they held our bags for free. The whole staff was really great and we felt well taken care of. No it’s not the Four Seasons but it is a very good airport hotel.

Liked it, had a very pleasant stay in here! Food and service was excellent. Rooms were very clean! The only thing I would say is there is no way to get a charger around here without leaving the building. The problem is that in USA we use different outlets! But other than that is a great stay for sure.

I stayed here by the airline, when a connection flight was missed due to a long delay. The staff was friendly, the rooms very clean and spacious. Mine had, besides the bedroom and the bathroom, a living room and even a dinning room area. The bedroom had a double bed. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size. Breakfast was included, which was a very complete buffet, with all types of food, hot, cold, pastries, juices, etc. There is a shuttle y o and from the airport. And the airport is close by. All very convenient. The only drawback is that it is not in the city of Madrid - that is why I don't give it 5 stars. But other than that, it is a very good place to spend the night if you need to be near the airport, and don't care about going into the city.

Whether you just need a place to sleep while waiting for you’re waiting for your next flight or looking for a cheap hotel outside the city, this place is top notch. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the dining experience is next level: offering full breakfast and dinner buffets!

Check in is fine. I don't like they write down your credit card details as caution. They could just pass the card through the machine. Rooms are apartments, great. Cleaning and beds perfect. Location could be difficult to arrive first time.

Our flight got cancelled so we had to find a hotel last minute and found this one on google maps. We booked it over the phone and got to the hotel and checked in with a Kiosk so it took 5 minutes.

The hotel reception manager Miguel was very nice and very helpful after we told them they gave us a room for two people instead of three.

Overall the room was very nice and comfortable.

Although my stay here was unplanned due to a flight delay, the staff took really good care of us, even provided a picnic hamper at 12h30 AM. The room was super comfortable. The airport shuttle was on time as well and got me to where I needed to be for my next flight.

Very good service. Great meal at hotel restaurant. For the price, it's very good.

For living it's pretty fine, the bad thing I'd say is that hotel is too far from markets, and stores, you need to go by car. Transport is also too far, I asked one time to the receptionist I need to go to axor feria hotel (thats close, 7 mins by car) how Cai I go? And she said... I DONT KNOW... The place is clean, is nice, u have a great lobby to study or relax.

Surprisingly large and clean room, very good dinner buffet. Large pool is a plus. Given the circumstances (missed connecting flight), it was beat possible solution how to spend the night.
