Restaurante Verdugo

I first visited Restaurant Verdugo some twelve years ago when we wintered in Periana and it was our go to Menu Del Dia and we are so pleased to see that nothing (apart from the partitioning separating the restaurant) has changed. Same: polite staff, excellent service, wonderful atmosphere and GREAT traditional Andalusian cooking.
We have been a few times since but yesterday we both realised how unique it is and will now be visiting more often.

Been coming here for 4 years, the grilled prawns, Pil Pil and Squid are excellent. Even brilliant for just popping in for a coffee and brandy.

The best Almondigas I have ever had in Spain. The waiter was awesome.♥

Great staff, with no English language, let us play with the Spanish language. Great fun. Great night

One of the best restaurants for menu Del Dia in Periana. Just taken friends there and they were impressed.

Only had a Glass of wine at this Restaurant Bar as short of time BUT want to go back there to eat as Menu looked GREAT, Restaurant looked FAB...AND...FULL of the Locals...ALWAYS A GOOD SIGN!!

Trato muy agradable. Hemos comido muy agusto, todo riquísimo y en su punto. Cervezas frías y el servicio de primera.
Volveremos sin duda cuando pasemos por Periana balcón de la Axarquia.

Zondagmiddag op een pleintje in Periana, lekker kijken en meemaken hoe het er aan toe gaat tijdens de typisch Spaanse zondagmiddag lunch. Met de hele familie aan de dis, kletsen, eten, drinken en samenzijn, dat is Spanje. Comida Casera geserveerd door een familie die van wanten weet. Helemaal lekker!
