Hotel Villava Pamplona

Super staff!!! During our stay, everything was perfect and the staff is super friendly and is really focusing on providing you a perfect stay at villava. I forgot my jacket in the hotel and I was already home. The hotel staff helped me to get my jacket back within a week. I am so happy they helped me!!

FANTASTIC HOTEL We extended our stay.This place had it all. Very clean, great breakfast, super helpful and friendly staff. Free parking, huge rooms and great public bus service into town. Buses every 10min till 11.30 pm. Would stay again. Totally with a visit.

Felt very much at home, welcoming hotel, extreme friendly people, good bed, good breakfast, I enjoyed it. The owner is adorable, you can see him helping around, it was so nice to see. Make your reservation directly with them, so you get free parking, and better value.

The hotel is located in the strategic area. The BP petrol station is a few metres far from the hotel, across the road. The supermarkets as Dia, Lidl and Mercadona are 5-10 minutes far away by walk, all in the same direction. The pharmacy is about 400 meters in the other direction. A beautiful landscape is behind the hotel. Small hill, full of trees and bushes. My room was tidy, unbelievably large, well situated with a big window, two single beds are there, a TV and a fridge are included. The large mirror is on the wall in the entry corridor. The bathroom is fully equipped - two mirrors, hand basin, bathtub, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, bin. A safe is available. Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. My the nicest experience is that I was meeting two extraordinary unforgettable persons there almost every day - Pilar, the top manager, always smiling young woman spreading good mood around herself; Rubén, the waiter and the receptionist, a friendly man "dancing" among the tables while serving the morning dishes. It was obvious that both of them love the job. Honestly, I am glad that I had an opportunity to enjoy their company.

The most lovely hostess was sooo helpful. She went off to translate the menu on the computer and then explained all of the dishes to us. The meal was delicious too!

It is a good hotel with professional service and friendly.

¡Genial! Nos han tratado super bien, los trabajadores del hotel han sido super amables com nosotras y nos han dado muchas facilidades.

Fuimos con una excursión organizada, las habitaciones estupendas grandes y como buena calidad, los cuartos de baño también, mucha limpieza.
Los recepcionistas estupendos en especial Rubén creo que se llamaba, se me estropeo el cargador del móvil y el todos los dias estaba pendiente de dejarnos uno asta que que nos regalo uno, los camareros estupendos Mikel y su madre nos atendían cada día con mucha simpatía, y que decir de Pilar la dueña entrañable, gracias por todo.
La comida estupenda por lo menos para mi, el bufet de por la mañana muy variado, nosotros al ser un autobús teníamos los menús cerrados.
Gracias a todos volveré por allí y no dudare volveré a su hotel.

Fuimos a comer aquí, en una celebración de aniversario de bodas, el servicio de 10!! El menú espectacular, todo lo servido ha sido una delicia!!! Muy recomendable el entrecot, gorrin las chuletillas de cordero, las carrilleras en fin de todo lo que pidáis no saldréis defraudados...

Hôtel agréable , chambre de bonne dimension et propreté impeccable . Salle de bains très bien aussi . L'hôtel facilement accessible .. Parking souterrain payant . Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit .

Hôtel très chaleureux,confortable. personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute de vos demandes. Accès facile et Idéalement situé pour visiter la vieille ville.

Atencion muy buena, en especial el chico de recepción, majisimo. Fuimos con perro y no tuvimos ningún problema de nada. La comida buenísima, sobre todo las hamburguesas. Como ubicación esta a las afueras de Pamplona pero si vas de excursiones por la zona está genial. Volvemos!
