La Solana Las Palmas

By far one of the best restaurants in Las Palmas. Fantastic service and delicious food. You have to try the croquettes and the bread - they were the most flavorful I have ever had. Highly recommend!

I deeply regret that I didn't discover this restaurant until the day before I left Las Palmas. If I had known about it earlier, I would have gone there many times. The atmosphere, food, and service of the restaurant were all beyond my expectations. The waitress was very welcoming and tried to explain the dishes to me even though her English was not very good. I was very impressed with the flavor of the food. I had three flavors of croquettes and grilled Iberian pork, all of which were very tasty! The dessert was impeccable and I really enjoyed it. I will definitely return to this restaurant the next time I visit Las Palmas.

What a fantastic surprise to randomly choose this spectacular restaurant. Homemade bread, ice cream, and every dish was unique and creative. The chef seemed to have excellent attention to flavor combinations. They accommodated vegan options for someone in our party and did so with creativity and finesse.

Recently opened restaurant in a modern building very close to Las Canteras beach. Very nice and zen décoration. The owner welcomed us warmly, the waiter team is young and friendly.
The food is based on canarian traditional dishes with a touch of modernity and creativity . Everything is fresh and tasty. I recommend : Croquetas, Merluza, Cordero and the Baba are delicious.
Some advices to the owners : an English menu would be useful and sharing the menu between Entries and Main dishes would make the customer choice easier.
Anyway it was a pleasure to eat there we will come back!

Absolutely one of my favourite restaurants here in Gran Canaria. If you like to experience eating, for a fair price and very professional service. We accidentally chose the wrong dish and they even didn’t price it!

They recommended us 3 dishes for our Dinner and it was all worth it. Creatively balanced, beautifully served and outstanding rich in taste.

A must visit place for people who see dining as a experience.

Great restaurant. My wife and I had three mains to share, each one was delicious and nicely presented. The personnel was very attentive and friendly. And the cheesecake, omg... it first melts on your plate and then in your mouth. So good, I would have taken a whole batch with us had my wife not stopped me.

After being abandoned by my mother as a child, and later again as an adult, I've been searching for a maternal figure to fill that void. After dining at La Solana, I have found the woman. We could not communicate in a shared language but she catered to our every need and brought us amazing food. A saintly host.
