This is it, look no further. If you want to have the most delicious, authentic bocadillo with chorizo and queso, you must stop here.
It all started in Las Palmas, it was a sunny Sunday, me and my wife were out eating lunch and an old man was walking by so we waved hello in sign of respect. He then stopped to chit chat with us for a moment, and my wife, being fluent in Spanish, asked him if he was a local. He replied he came from a little mountain town named Teror. He told us, to go visit, and when you find yourself in front of the cathedral, facing it, you must go to the right side of the cathedral where some shops are and to look for a sandwich shop (mom & pops run), because according to him, they made the BEST bocadillo con chorizo e queso. Well we took the tip at heart, and we made it our mission to look for this place.
As soon as we arrived in front of the Cathedral, we asked a local worker if he when about this place, and he pointed it right at us! As soon as we entered it was like being thrown back 20 years at least, felt like I was visiting my grandma and grandpas’ shop. The shapes of queso looked fresh, some purposely aged, and the size of the bocadillo was GIGANTIC. The lady and her husband were very friendly and welcoming too. We told her about our story and how we ended up here, she smiled and let us take pictures. Affordability: Super inexpensive, we got 2 bocadillos with chorizo and queso, and 2 packages of sealed chorizo to take back home. Total amounted to €11 and some change. Unbelievable!

Además, te dejan probar antes los quesos y tienes muy bien precio.

Si venís por Teror, pueblo muy bonito de ver, comeros aquí un bocadillo.

Mis visitas a Teror no son para ver a Pinito sino para comer los mejores bocadillos de chorizo y el queso ¡¡¡espectacular!!!, recomiendo siempre 100% genuino.

Venden el mejor pan y queso del lugar, entre otras cosas, muy familiar y productos de gran calidad. Los bocadillos espectaculares!!!

Esta tienda en la villa de Teror es como una parada obligatoria para nuestra familia, cada vez que subimos a este hermoso pueblo. Gran variedad de quesos y bebidas para degustar en el establecimiento o llevar cuando continuamos ruta por el centro de la isla. El precio de los quesos, varía según la composición y procedencia de los mismos. Habrá personas que les parezca caro , por no preguntar precios. Hay quesos más económicos y otros más caros, esto es al gusto y al bolsillo del consumidor. La atención de ésta familia es espectacular. Gente sencilla y amable con sus clientes y visitantes.
