I honestly wish i could rate more stars, me and my partner were worried because of the other reviews but when we got here- i kept saying “those other reviews have clearly never been here,” we’re currently sat by the pool laughing our heads off, everyone comments on the drunk guests and how bad they are but they bring so much joy and laughter.

The room is beautiful, it’s nice and cool when it’s a hot day and my partner can’t sleep without a blanket and the hotel supplied us with one, we aren’t sure about remotes for the tv as i bought my own fire stick so we can watch netflix.

The food is good too, it’s a mixed amount of food for everyone’s needs- yes it’s pretty much the same everyday but its that nice you really don’t mind.

The entertainment was amazing, made us feel at home and the bar is brilliant, ALL THE DRINKS YOU WANT!!

Don’t be scared about the reviews, they’re just very picky people who expect the best when you come to a cheap hotel- you pay for what you get and me and my partner couldn’t be more happier!!!

Came here for 7 nights with my dad. All Inclusive! It was his first holiday abroad and he had a really nice time. I enjoyed it here too. On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and guided us to where we needed to go. The bedroom was clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable and don't hurt your back, it is foam so adjusts to your body position. Cleaners attended the room every day with fresh towels and sheets for the beds. Walls are thin and you can hear other people from the bedrooms nearby. We had the all inclusive option and enjoyed the lovely food on offer, (mashed potato is cold so don't get that, some of the fish and chicken they do have bones in so be careful with this), drinks are good and you have to pay 1 euro deposit which is understandable. Tea/coffee were in recycling cups to help towards saving the planet. Cheese and ham sandwich from behind the bar is nice, especially if you don't wake up early to eat for breakfast. Bar staff are friendly. Restaurant staff are friendly. Pool tables are okay, could do with a brush up, but to play it costs 2 euros (takes 1 euro twice). The pool tables could have been positioned better as the pillars are in the way when playing. The silver table and chairs could do with being pushed back so the pool que isn't in anyones faces while they are sitting down with their drinks. The music from the DJ was fantastic, he made sure he got everyone involved even if it was just a few dance movements while sitting at the table. There are 2 lifts in the bit where we stayed and make sure you CLOSE the door behind you properly otherwise the lifts will stop working completely, 7 flights of stairs to walk up is NOT fun. Lovely beach nearby. Quite a few supermarkets nearby. We walked around the town which was nice although it can get very busy on a Saturday. Thank you!

Area is beautiful you have, shops,pubs, restaurants, coffe,everything what you need still late evening. Beach is approx 10 min walking, depending on how fast you are :)
Main bus station 15min- if you would like to visit Barcelona/ 1h.
I would recommend the place, we had a nice holiday!

Staff aren't very friendly, they weren't rude just everything was a hassle for them. Food is basic but you get what you pay for. Room was cleaned every day, and my view was an air conditioning unit yet I paid extra as a solo occupant. The shower water was poor pressure but warm shower.
Overall okay. Not sure I would return to this hotel however it wasn't a nightmare.

Great hotel, stayed there from 6-13th may. Friendly staff, clean room (which was cleaned everyday!), tasty food with lots of variety. Great if you are on budget. Situated closely to the beach and town.

Only down side is that people, so loud, drunk and smoking non stop. Other than that good stay!shout out to the staff for doing their best for being so friendly and welcoming, especially during breakfast and dinner

Ignore all bad reviews: After reading reviews online I was very sceptical about mine and my friends week experience here. I read things about rude staff and security and things about it being loud, and a more of a teenage trip. I’m 19, but a very relaxed teen, me and my friends wanted to come for site seeing and relaxing so I didn’t want a holiday hearing drunk teens either! However, on arrival staff were so lovely, security overlook the lobby, people who have made comments saying they don’t do anything, on our last night we were packing and our neighbours complained and security knocked our door asking us to keep it down but after we explained we were trying to pack he let them know as we couldn’t help our suitcase noise, so if you have worries about noise you’re able to talk to staff/security who are definitely helpful and will do something. The room is pretty basic with bed, mirrors, and bathroom which has a bath and shower. There’s quite a lot of wardrobe space also, with a terrace. The food was pretty repetitive, however I struggle with an eating disorder and this actually was really good for me as new foods are quite difficult, and they offer basics like pizza, chips and salad, other things do change like types of fish, meats, deli meats and grilled area so it does vary but the basics are kept daily, which I found personally as a plus. The walk to the beach is very easy, however the walk back is a bit of a hill, but is fine to walk. Very close to the central, walkable or you can ask the reception to call a taxi and it takes about 3-5mins to arrive, and there is a taxi rank in the central, like a bus stop but for taxis, that wait can vary depending on how many people are queuing. The pool space is a reasonable size, hard to get loungers, but there are chairs, and there were some days we just left our towels on the side and stayed in the pool till something was available! When eating, you enter the food area and there are staff who ask for your room number and they arrange tables for you, which was also another plus, this helps with bigger groups as there will always be space for you to eat, we only waited once for food because most people had gone for food at the same time but it was no more than a 5 minute wait for our table. It’s quite quiet in the nights, however you can hear the occasional movement in other rooms but nothing to keep you awake. Our stay was 8 nights 7 days, so we had everyday experience and it stays pretty constant we didn’t have more busy days or less busy days. The lifts are small 4 people max, and can be a pain to wait for but the stairs aren’t a bad option. There is also a bag weigher which is 1€ which is very handy if you want to make sure your luggage isn’t overweight before your flight! There are so many beautiful attractions close to the hotel, and they are very accessible! Overall my experience has been lovely and I can’t fault the hotel for anything. The cleaning staff keep on top of your rooms daily, they clean the room by sweeping and mopping, changing sheets, fresh towels, they even clean the terrace! Which is handy when you’ve gone to the sea and basically bring the beach back to the hotel! Staff are very helpful with directing you to where you need to go, and you can also request to have things printed if you buy tickets or have any paperwork that you need printed, they’ll give you an email that you send the copy too and they’ll do it for you! There is a 1€ deposit for your drinks cup, which you do get back once you return it, when you get drinks they often change the cup for you too so they are kept fresh. I was so disappointed when reading reviews that I really wanted to leave this here for anyone doubting as it really has been a brilliant holiday! I hope this helps

I stayed at the hotel with my partner on the 20th September till the 30th this is our second time staying here and I love it here despite what others say. The rooms are clean the staff are nice what more can you ask for, Violetta ( think that's how you spell her name ) can't give this women enough credit for what she does she loves her job an it shows. I will be returning again next year. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there are plenty of shops around for tourists plus a supermarket over the road. Thanks again for an amazing stay and see you next year :) xx

*THE REVIEWS ARE VERY DECEIVING*
Upon arriving to this holiday venue I was very worried about the problems me and my friends aged (19-21) may have had due to the negative reviews I read online.
Although this wasn’t the case at all, when arriving the security guards man the entrance and the lobby which was helpful in realising where to go for our hotel as they were very happy to help guide tourists to the right areas. The one security guard also speaks english and is very chatty and willing to help translate to less understanding staff.
the staff at reception were always so helpful in getting taxis called, helping us with the activities we were wanting to book and helping us when we left the room key in the room 😂 (we weren’t even drunk any of the times it happened).
The cleaning staff were also very understanding, they didn’t ever just enter they would wait till you left and even if you left the room at 11-12 when u came back the room would always been cleaned, swept, mopped and have fresh sheets and towels. (including the terrace).
the location of the hotel was so close to the beach although there was a very steep hill to access the beach, however there was a flatter walk down which added about 10 minutes onto the journey or you are able to ask for taxis at front desk that arrive in no more than 5 minutes and never cost more than €9.
The food is pretty basic and they repeat the basic things everyday such as chips, pizza, salad and pasta which I see as only a positive for the pickier eaters. they do change the grill area options, deli meats and the hot plate meats offered every day but at the end of the day the food is good for what your paying, the kitchen staff were always happy to clear plates and also help with refilling sauces and cutlery. the plates, tables and cutlery were always clean and filled. we only had to queue at the food hall once and even then the wait was no longer than 10 minutes.
The noise levels were mainly kept to a minimum, only ever time you’d hear lots of noise is from new vacationers checking into their rooms which cannot be helped. the room walls are very thin but overall not bad past 11pm, you can occasionally hear showers going on and off above you but nothing that is worth the complaint. a lot of people in these reviews complaining about the younger crowds are completely wrong, during our stay we heard a lot more adults 28+ making more noise and being told to retain their noise levels by staff than the young people staying in the hotel. The security guards always took a friendly and appropriate approach to vacationers about keeping their noise levels low and most of the people were complacent.
The security guards are lovely and never had or witnessed one problem with them, in fact one had came and sat with us to have a chat when the night got less busy on the terrace before letting us know that they close the terrace at 12 to keep noise levels low.
The pool area although was small and crowded on the sun beds it never stopped us from placing our towels on surrounding chairs near the pool and staying in the pool till some sun beds became free, this wasn’t a problem as the pool gets watched over by a guard MOST times of the day which they are happy to stop people jumping in and throwing balls about as it is a small pool so understandable that ball games could harm other users of the pool.
During the nighttime, the hotel offers DJs and entertainment on offered dayS which is shown on a notice board by reception, although even when this isn’t on the bar area offers 3 pool tables 2 arcade car race games and air hockey, and plenty of tables and chairs. the terrace also is full of tables and chairs and music from speakers is allowed on a certain sound level (quite loud) up until about 10:30pm so that no disruptions are made to other visitors.

Came with daughter for mini break hotel is clean and tidy staff very pleasant found beds bit uncomfortable but can't please everyone food not bad

Ivan is the best bartender ever. Me and my girlfriend had best time in this Holiday in blue sea. 5 stars for all persons working in this hotel

A wonderful place to stay in Lloret de Mar! If you are planning to go on holiday to Lloret de Mar, then only here in the best hotel on the Costa Brava - BLUE SEA Montevista Hawaii. The hotel is of a high standard and the food is very good. They also have a swimming pool, bar and other facilities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The service is amazing! Very helpful and friendly! Greetings Violet from the reception who is always smiling and helps tourists :) I rate the stay at 11/10! I will definitely come here again!

Was a bit dubious after seeing some bad reviews, stayed for 4 nights all inclusive. You pay for what you get, rooms were cleaned every day, staff are polite and helpful. Spirits measures in the bar are not for the faint hearted but do the job. Food was good with a good variety. 5 star it is not but if you want a cheap getaway 5 mins from the beach enjoy. Would I go again? No reason not to.

My friends and my husband and I have just returned and spent 6 nights in the hotel.Staff could not do enough for you.Rooms spotless.
The only thing that let the place down was all the bad mannered English people who think that the staff were there to wait on them, they were rude all the time. It made us ashamed to be English as unfortunately we all got tarred with the same brush.

Had a lovely stay here with my boyfriend, after traveling a long way from Madrid and our train was delayed took us 11h to get there instead of the 6h.
We were created by a lovely receptionist Violeta and she was really amazing.

Fab hotel, staff are really good. I feel for them as some of the people who come here on holiday take advantage, big time, of the all inclusive and it turns their volume up. Never knew you could get so many loud people in one place.

My Husband and I came for a week. We have had a great time .Good food clean room . No complaints. Right besides the besides the town and beach . Weather great as well. 25th April to 2nd May 2023. Staff are friendly too. Great 👍

Lovely hotel, very clean, the rooms were done every day and new towels provided even if we stayed 3 nights. Small pool, but we went for the beach that was at10-15 min walk away

Day we was leaving: because our shuttle transfer was earlier then the hotel breakfast,staff prepared us huge breakfast for take away,I mean huge bag full of food.
