Geli has been taking care of my home, car and business insurances for years. Not only are the prices reasonable, she is professional and curious and goes out of her way to help. As my Spanish is limited to have a native Spanish speaker at the end of the phone to answer any questions is priceless. I would highly recommend her and her team

My car was broken into and my bag and wallet were stolen. A window was broken and the drivers door was damaged and the lock was broken. I messaged Geli in the San Miguel office and she immediately phoned me. She arranged the panel beaters and a courtesy car. This service was also excellent. So after a traumatic experience I was left feeling there are professional, caring people working at Allianz. I will definitely stay with them for all my insurance requirements.

We have been a client of Geli in San Miguel (and by default Allianz) for 14years, having had two separate policies with them for most of that time. The service and advice provided by Geli is first class , she speaks very good English and so any misunderstandings or confusion with the policy are soon cleared up. Within that period we have made a total of three claims across the policies , all dealt with promptly and efficiently by Allianz (and Geli).
