Great place to stay and dine.
The room is very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was delicious. We enjoyed having breakfast there every morning and the spread was amazing. Love the fancy coffee machine they have in the restaurant/breakfast area and the pool is absolutely gorgeous. I love the fact that the sun is up until almost close to 10 PM
This location is extremely walkable to multiple bars and restaurants . Great stay! Oh and there is a small gym on location too which we found useful :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool area and fabulous spa, especially the massage which were probably the best we ve ever had.
Room abit dated but so nice to have a balcony. Would definitely return.

My friend & I came for a weekend to disconnect and relax. We booked the full board package and it was nothing short of amazing. The pool is spacious with lots of places to hangout and chill. The bartender at the pool bar was very friendly and even gave us some recommendations on where to go at night.

When we went for dinner, it was spectacular and the service was immaculate. We also spent some time in the spa and I booked a deep tissue massage. María José was amazing, I recommend booking a deep tissue massage with her. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would definitely come back.

This hotel is amazing. Its facilities location and customer service are second to none and to top it all, we had a good night's sleep waking totally refreshed in the morning. Good value too. Would recommend booking direct with the hotel as they offer a better rate that includes a scrumptious breakfast.

Situated at the bottom of Dona Pepa adjacent to Ciudad Quesada. We only visited for a meal. We all chose the tasting menu and we all agreed it was a great choice , the wine did the food justice. I could list the different dishes that were presented, but they most probably change, so you'll have see what's on offer when you visit. We had a long awaited reunion with old friends and wanted somewhere a bit special, this was the perfect location. The staff were attentive and friendly. The presentation perfect. We could have chosen a cheaper restaurant, but this was value for money. So if you are celebrating a special occasion or just fancy a meal that's a cut above the norm, give this restaurant a try, you won't be disseminated. We will definitely visit again, sooner rather than later.

Went for a spa package and added a massage.
The whole experience was fantastic and the massage, well Ivan what a masseur, felt absolutely fantastic afterwards. Will be asking for him next time

I had an excellent day at the Spa, it’s all newly renovated and it’s like a day in Paradise! I especially want to recommend a massage with Juan Ramón, he did a superb job and since I have a summer home here I will
be making appointments with him mandatory from now on during each visit. 😇

We came here on s last minute decision and only stayed one night. It was a great experience and we enjoyed it. We will come again for a longer stay when the spa reopened. This is a great hotel for holidays as they have a great looking pool area.

We stayed in the apartment and it was really really nice. It was clean, and spacious. The showers were nice, hit and powerful especially the rainfall shower.

The pool was a nice spot to hangout and it comes with parking too. The staff were lovely.

We got a taxi into town, that was inexpensive.

Went to the spa and had a 50min relaxing massage. It was perfect, very professionally made. I also enjoyed the calm athmosphere and the spa's staff are very kind. Thank you La Laguna Spa🤎

This hotel is amazing, as we had our son with us who was 14, they gave us a free up grade to a superior suite which was incredible. The pool area was so relaxing, didn't have to worry about sunbeds as there were always plenty available even in mid August. The breakfast was fantastic, so fresh and plenty to choose from. Would recommd this hotel to anyone.

Me and my family stayed here for 6 nights we had 2 rooms. Amazing hotel super clean thank you to the lovely housekeeping staff. To be honest all the staff was very kind and accommodating apart from the life guard humza every time we went to the pool he made us feel so uncomfortable every day came and asked our room numbers but never done it to any other guests once we pulled him up about it he stopped doing it. He really should stay in his seat and let guests enjoy themselves when they’ve paid a lot of money and do his job and life guard. But apart from him everything else about the hotel and our stay was lovely and will defo be back. Also thank you to Antonio at reception.

Wonderful experience here. We are from California, visiting the local beaches and decided to stay at this hotel. Excellent staff, great restaurant. The pool area was beautiful. The grounds are well maintained. Overall extremely happy here and will be coming back soon!

Room are a good size and clean
15 minutes drive to beach not really walking distance
Drinks not bad price coke 2 euros water 1 euro tobacco shop next to hotel and around 8 restaurants recommended the little Don. Breakfast at hotel is 10 euros each buffet style
Nearest shopping centre is 30/40 minutes drive away.
Towels are 10 euros deposit
No smoking around the pool area which is nice small smoking area close by.
Nearest shop is about a 30 minute walk away
Pool area not very busy think most people are here for the golf course
Edinas restaurant next door does a nice English breakfast £5.50 for a large breakfast English sausage and bacon

Stayed here a few times, comfortable rooms, nice pool area, great bar with a shaded garden, very nice food although breakfast is a bit basic. All in all very good value for money.

Outside people can go also to the spa. Swimmingpool, hydromassage, saunaworld.

Bright clean room. Very comfy bed.
Water in the minibar. Tissues in the bathroom (yes we've just stayed somewhere that had neither!)
Receptionist apologised because the customer in front had many and various queries and the thanked us for our patience. Good training (nothing worse than being ignored).
Sufficient pillows!
Good storage space. Decent sized desk.
Breakfast was as expected. Good selection Hot food if required.
Not a cheap stay but you get what you pay for.
