Bodegas Menade

Such a lovely place to visit, amazing tour with seeing the caves and the vineyard. The wines are fantastic and you can see how much they love the land and are very passionate about their history and care for the bio process.

We had such a lovely couple of hours here. We dropped by on a whim and the hospitality from Iván was so much more than we could have hoped for. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area! We bought some of their delicious natural wine and olive oil.

We spent an afternoon at Menade for lunch and a wine tasting. What a great experience! Thanks to Iván for being such a gracious host, he’s obviously passionate about wine and the ecological approach Menade takes.

We really enjoy Menade wines and the philosophy behind them. I also love the artwork on the bottles. Make sure you try their ‘live’ wines, especially the Adorado!

This was our second visit to Menade (the first time was also fun, but we forgot to book ahead—be sure to let them know you’re coming). We’ll be back!

The best Verdejo in the world! Wine made by people who put their whole hearts and minds to making it truly organic and high quality! And the bodega is so worth visiting!

Gorgeous spot staffed by folks who love what they do as much as I loved tasting the wines. We ran a little late but they were very accommodating, making sure we got the full tour. The visit, and the wine, ticked all the boxes. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful visit to the vineyard and wine tasting. The communication with Ivan to arrange the visit was great and also in person, we really enjoyed the conversation. He was very informative and speaks English fluently. It was nice that the winery also had something for our kids to enjoy as well: seeing the animals, having some snacks and table activities. The afternoon was one of the highlights of our trip. If you're in Rueda, a stop in Menade is a must.

1000 points for Jorge and the amazing wine tasting he walked us through. It's so clear this is a passion for him and not just a job. Not only were the wines fantastic but we were also treated as friends, not as customers. Would definitely come back! Dankjewel Jorge :)

Amazing wine and amazing viticulture practices. Pushing the limits with sustainability and ecological responsibility as top priority making wines that leave a memory inprint (and that you will want to repeat)! Highly recommend. (And the friendly animals in the vineyard are worth checking out!)

After driving around many bodegas in Rueda that were not open in August or on a saturday, we finally found Menade. And it was well worth it. We tried 5 exceptional wines. An organic bodega and some natural wines too. We came away with 8 bottles! Highly recommend

Delighted to find this truly amazing vineyard, an oasis in the heart of Rueda. Strong emphasis on ecology and natural products and methods. The Nosso exemplifies this and tasting the La Mission various vintages was delightful.

We have visited Menade with our crew as we love to represent the wine in Amarre 69. We had an amazing experience and got to know about wine production and the history and all the beautiful processes of wine crafting! The whole team has had a blast and we found the whole trip beautiful and well organised! Thank you and we hope to be back with new team members of Amarre 69.

We went to this bodega by chance and it was sooo worth it. The guide (jorge) made such an effort to make my girlfriend and her friend (english speakers) comfortable. He translated information and spoke to them in english. He did a great job explaining the information in a way that we would all understand. He was wonderful

Fantastic vineyard, tour and philosophy. Amazing wine too

Lovely organically grown verdejo! but not solely. They also produces some different wines such as clandestino or Adorado. So if you are getting a bit geeky, this estate might be a good choice!

Been there on a Friday, we had the place to ourselves, and service and the wines were superb!

Best of Rueda. Possibly Spain. Amazing experience at an amazing place.

Molt bona explicació de l'objectiu de la bodega, d'aprofitar al màxim el que ofereix la natura. Hem tastat 2 vins blancs i 1 tinto. Mos han agradat molt. L'amfitrió ha estat molt agradable i entès amb la història de la terra. Després de la cata hem comanat vi, que ens enviaran a casa.

Un gustazo de visita. El concepto y la propuesta para aportar valor y unos vinos exquisitos desde un compromiso integral con la sostenibilidad. Coherencia sin fisuras. Y hacer la visita con Iván impresionante, pasión documentada y transmisión de una forma de entender lo que hacen que no había vivido nunca. Hemos disfrutado tanto los niños como los adultos, que no es fácil. Muchas gracias!
