We engaged Caminofacil to transfer our luggage during our Camino Frances walk. They were fantastic. We received our luggage on time and in good condition everyday for 45 days. This has allowed us to do our walk comfortably and with great peace of mind. Alexandra and her colleagues have done a great job and I highly recommend using them.

To transfer your luggage, we highly recommend this service for the Camino. We had great instructions from Caminofacil - and our five bags were delivered to our next hotel each day with zero issues. We even had one hotel where three bags went to one hotel, and two to another. All went smoothly. The price was fair as well.

It really was easy from booking online to everything working perfectly. My bag arrived every day before me, even on shorter days. And when I left something behind at my hotel they kindly brought it to where my bag was going. I will definitely use them again for my next walk, without hesitation.

We highly recommend using Camino Facile! They did an outstanding job, we’re very flexible and accommodating. The luggage for all six pilgrims arrived as expected for each stage of our Camino Portuguese trip. We started on the coastal route, then moved to the central route,, followed by the spiritual variant and finally back to the central route. We started with a general itinerary and only the first four of our accommodations identified. We notified them a day or two in advance as we made our reservations along the way. They didn’t miss a beat. We even changed our general itinerary without any issues.

A friend recommended Caminofacil based on her experience last year, and now I see why. Working with them was a dream from the start. Their online system was easy to use, immediately generating the tags we needed for each day’s luggage transport. Our baggage got where it needed to each day without a problem. They were great communicators as well, and always available for questions or if an issue arose (for example, one of our apartment stays was swapped last minute - they worked with the owners to adjust luggage pickup). They were a key support that made it possible for my mom and me to walk a Camino together. We are most grateful, and highly recommend them!

All baggage was picked up and delivered on time and to the correct locations. They were really helpful prior to booking too. We had a few addresses that were not in the drop down on their webpage and adding details to the notes worked perfectly.

We were extremely happy with our experience with Caminofacil as we walked the Camino Portuguese. They have excellent customer service representatives that speak English very well. We used AirBnb locations for our accommodations. This meant they had to drive some ‘off the regular route’ locations. They were always prompt to respond to our messages using WhatsApp. The pick up and delivery times were always respected. We would highly recommend them..you will be pleased as well! As I had scheduled my mishmash Camino (part Central, part Coastal, Espiritual) before our journey, I was able to pre-arrange the luggage transfers. The team did a flawless job moving our bags between out of the norm hotels. The bags were always at the destination when we got there. Seamless!

Camino Fácil has been excellent to work with during my Camino. They are responsive and beyond helpful, even with the hard to find accommodations. They have reached out to me directly several times to confirm locations when a hotel or Albergue has had inaccuracies. I feel as though they go above & beyond to make everything easy for pilgrims so you don’t have to think about anything except the walking. Can not recommend highly enough!

Caminofacil were excellent from the very start of the process. Within 2 hours of asking how the system works, they responded and then led me through the process. We then walked part of the Santiago Compestelo, using hostels, hotels, AirBnb and apartments; and our luggage was always where it needed to be, without having to ring to check. The baggage label was sufficient. I would strongly recommend Caminofacil for the Santiago Compestelo.

I highly recommend the services of CaminoFacil over the other bag transport services on Camino Frances.

They are efficient, diligent and reliable, excellent with communication, and extremely affordable. I can’t believe this service is only 7 euro per day! I also recommend them because they have the highest bag weight rating and that will be your concern if you have a larger bag.

They are easy to reach by phone and respond to emails quickly, which is what got my attention I totally and made me choose them. I contacted several bag transport places and some I never heard back from
