Restaurante Cabaña Buenavista

Two star guide michelin restaurant is an experience out of the box and a memory for life. Unique dishes are served into perfection and service level are on another planet. First you go to four stations with music theme. Next five appertizers served in the beautiful hacienda garden (fabulous experience). Five more appertizers served in a bar with excellent chef Tony as a great story teller. Main course served at dinner table together with perfect wine parings. We will be back for sure and I can highly recommend a visit.

A fantastic experience that lives up to the Michelin stars. We had the full menu lunch which I think I counted eighteen dishes. We did not go with the wine pairing as the sommelier was there to recommend wines for each dish anyway and I wanted to maintain some level of sobriety.

A rare experience to be enjoyed in a small group.

Truly an incredible experience and like no other tasting menu we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Totally unique and very memorable. A few really delicious dishes, a couple not our favourites and a couple that were more challenging but it’s all part of the experience. Staff were brilliant and meeting the head chef was a bonus! Only negative was our Spanish wasn’t enough to understand every dish as it was explained; many of the staff do speak English so it was only a few in the garden we weren’t clear on but that made it even more exciting! Highly recommend despite the cost but for the quality and experience it was worth every penny for a special occasion! Took 80 photos over the four hour experience but not posting them as don’t want to spoil the surprise!

Michelin give them 2 stars, bit frugal in my opinion. If you like a creative kitchen, this is the one to go for. Two star cooking for the price of one.

Excellent gastronomical experience by passionate professionals in a comfortable setting. Definitely worth it, we look forward to come back. We were most impressed by the ground cooked pumpkins and the deer with (individually, at the table) home made cheese. The best of the best.

Where does one start in what can only be described as artistry on a plate. From the moment you enter the establishment your taste buds are lovingly introduced to the chef’s palette of a myriad of flavours and a cornucopia of pleasures. Flavours from the different continents as well as those from the Murcia region.
Luciano the Sommelier was extremely gracious introducing me to a wonderful red wine from the Jumilla region.
Pablos’s attention to detail is incredible, he doesn’t just dream he creates with a passion.
Icing on the cake was meeting the man himself, a perfect end to a perfect day.

Chef cooked five amuses tableside for us. Ballsiest thing I’ve ever seen done in a fine dining place. One of the best meals I’ve had. When I said that to the chef he told me I should go out more. Local specialities reimagined, imaginative, fun and incredible ingredients.

Parking is ample.
Ambiance is tranquil, presentable and clean.
Overall experience and food was superb.
Menu was very versatile and staff are extremely helpful, attentive and provide description of the food being served.

Always a pleasure to eat at La Canańa. Pablo and his team never cease to amaze with the variety of tastes and the preparation which goes into each dish.

Experiencia gastronomía única en Murcia. Desde el minuto uno disfrutas de una cocina espectacular y creativa sin olvidar los orígenes de la comida murciana. Todas las estaciones, zonas y platos son un homenaje a nuestra tierra, desde la huerta hasta el mar y desde la montaña al campo. Sin duda un sitio 100% recomendable, ya lo atestiguan sus estrellas y soles, si ellos lo dicen poco más puedo añadir yo.

Una experiencia homenaje a la Región de Murcia.
Cada plato es el reflejo del amor y orgullo de la región. Platos que si eres de Murcia conoces, pero con sabores y texturas totalmente diferentes de alta cocina.
Una exquisita forma de dar a conocer nuestra gastronomía y platos tradicionales a turistas que nos visitan, y que, si eres de Murcia disfrutarás sorprendiéndote plato tras plato.
Además de la calidad de la comida , La Cabaña está ubicada en un entorno único. Todo el ambiente súper bien cuidado.
El servicio fue impecable.
Los camareros nos atendieron y explicaron cada plato. Un trato de diez.

Es la segunda vez que vamos, todo excelente, Pablo González un 10, se nota en que escuela de cocina se educó, José Mari Arzak.
La cabaña nunca defrauda, cambiando su menú, innovando, estudiando, top. Merece la pena la experiencia. Pero si eliges la experiencia, sin aproximadamente unas 5 horas.

Una experiencia inolvidable, el servicio impecable, y de los platos no podría elegir uno como favorito, todos y cada uno de ellos espectaculares, destacar en los postres el rollito de san Antón de Cartagena.

Uno de los restaurantes a los que quería ir desde hacía mucho y la experiencia no defraudó, porque se convierte en eso, en una gran experiencia en la que destacan la cantidad de ambientes diferentes donde disfrutar de una cocina fabulosa, la cantidad de sorpresas durante la comida, el gran trato por parte de todo el equipo de la cabaña y la cercanía de Pablo.
