Amazing, fantastic, perfect! This was our second time staying at Villa Vista Mar and, as the first time, we all had a great time. Gorgeous house with amazing views, and well-equipped for all your needs. The pool was well-used, as was the ping pong table, and we could easily prepare breakfast and dinner for 10 people in the kitchen. We loved eating outside on the terrace at the gorgeous wooden table, which I wish I could bring home with me. Our 2 families again had a fantastic time - highly recommend this holiday house! And Sylvia was again super helpful with everything! Thank you, we hope to see you again soon.

Villa Vista Mar is an absolutely INCREDIBLE gem in Gran Canaria. I booked the home for my 30th birthday celebration and it was honestly one of the best vacations I’ve had to the island. Not only was Cynthia incredibly responsive and attentive ahead of the trip, she also gave us a full tour of the residence on arrival, and also brought out a birthday cake with Happy Birthday playing on the speakers when we arrived! Her hospitality and attentiveness truly made this a special and memorable trip. The facilities and grounds are impeccable and well kept, and all the rooms are spacious and clean. I would highly recommend hiring a car for this property as taxis can take some time to arrive, otherwise we could not fault this wonderful villa! Hope to come back and stay again soon!

Our recent stay at Villa Vista Mar was nothing short of extraordinary. As a family of eight, finding accommodation that suits everyone's needs can be quite a challenge, but Villa Vista Mar exceeded all expectations.

First and foremost, the space provided was ample for our group. Each member had their own comfortable area to retreat to, ensuring privacy while still fostering a sense of togetherness. The villa's layout was intelligently designed, allowing for both communal gatherings and quiet moments of relaxation.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the perfectly heated pool. Regardless of the time of day, it was always inviting, offering a refreshing escape from the warm sun. The surrounding garden and lounge areas provided the ideal setting for enjoying leisurely afternoons or evening gatherings under the stars.

However, what truly set Villa Vista Mar apart was the exceptional service provided by Cynthia, the property manager. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our experience made our stay unforgettable. In particular, her thoughtful gesture in celebrating my dad's 60th birthday with a surprise cake left us touched and grateful.

Overall, our time at Villa Vista Mar was nothing short of amazing. The combination of spacious accommodations, a stunning pool, beautiful outdoor areas, and attentive service made for an unforgettable experience. Without a doubt, we will be returning to create more cherished memories at this remarkable villa.

The pool and garden were like something out of a dream. Crystal-clear water in the pool, a perfect spot to chill. And the garden? Beautifully kept and totally relaxing.

Inside, the air-conditioning was a lifesaver, and the rooms were not just comfy but had killer views.

The location was spot on — peaceful but not too far off the beaten path. Every moment felt like a vacation postcard.

All in all, Villa is a top-notch spot. From the poolside chill to the amazing views, it's a place we'd recommend to anyone looking for a bit of luxury.

A perfect place for our Christmas holidays with extended family. Spacious, very nicely decorated amenities, well-equipped kitchen and an excellent pool area. The crue was very helpful with any problems we had and they communicated with us without any delay, even if it was the Christmas time. Many many thanks, we had an unforgettable holiday with our family.

The stay here was amazing. Having breakfast every morning at the great wooden table was fabulous! Cynthia was always there if we had questions and the housekeeper Rosa did an amazing job. They all made our stay unique and we felt like staying at a friend's place. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Oh... what a fantastic week we had here. The house is large, clean and the surroundings are even more beautiful. We were here with the whole family and had rented the main house with the guest house. The view from the veranda and pool terrace is breathtaking. Walking around the house yourself provides spectacular views. To be honest, we have never had been to such a nice place and I don't expect to experience it again anytime soon. The house is fully equipped. Even in the somewhat dated kitchen (which they want to renovate), everything is there. We also used the paella place by the pool one evening, really great fun. They are also renovating the bedrooms. The 2 smallest ones were finished just before we arrived. It is very neat, but if you ask me personally, they could use a little more of the Spanish finca style. The beds were just a bit too hard for us (I think they were brand new) and the largest bedroom has a topper on the bed so we had a fantastic night's sleep. The supermarket is only 8 minutes away and Maspalomas center is also very close. You'll be on the fast track in no time. Driving a bit further down the road also makes for a very nice ride. In addition, it is a more beautiful island than I expected.
The weather is still great at the end of October, you can still sit outside in the evening without a vest, it is still warm. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, which is spacious and can be played in. Also wonderful for us with an air mattress.
There is enough space for everyone to hang out in front of the TV, which is great fun ;-).
Cynthia and Rosa are extremely helpful and very nice.
We will definitely come back again.

We recently stayed at the villa vista mar and it was truly a memorable experience. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, and we spent many hours just soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The location of the villa was also perfect for exploring the island.

The owners of the villa were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were always available to answer any questions and provided us with some great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

Overall, our stay at the villa in Gran Canaria was absolutely perfect and we can't wait to return in the future. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

The Villa Vista Mar was the perfect getaway for a large group of friends or family! The whole house is amazing and the views of the mountains are spectacular. Charlotte and her Team with Cynthia were very good communicators from start to finish. Anything we needed was not too much for them! We booked this villa to celebrate the marriage of my husband and I - my whole family came to Gran Canaria to meet my husband's family. When we told Cynthia the purpose of our stay, she brought us a beautiful wedding cake! It was such a sweet detail that made us feel so loved. Just a few things to be aware of when you book: It is about 20 min down the mountain to restaurants and food stores. If you choose to stay in the Villa for meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need! There was really good WiFi in the main house, but did not always reach the bedrooms. Overall, we had a spectacular experience- you cannot make a mistake reserving this wonderful Villa!

We got to spend a fantastic holiday over Christmas and New Year at Villa Vista Mar with the family. The villa is like a paradise, fantastically well placed with a view that makes you hold your breath every morning You look out 🤩.

This place is fantastic! I stayed here with friends, and rented the whole villa which housed 14 people in comfort and luxury. Most of our time was spent in the pool area, which has a lot of amenities (in-built speakers, BBQ, paella kitchen, ping pong & the heated pool). The villa sits on top of a beautiful overview of the canyons, so its peacefully isolated while being a 15min drive to beaches & stores. It's a great place that created a lot of memories

Amazing place. Very nice interior and extrior. The sauna was fantastic.We really enjoyed our time here. Cynthia was very friendly and helpfull, recommended us some nice spots on the island. This is the best holiday home we ever visit. Thanks for everything and hope to come back really fast :)

We spent a most memorable week at Villa Vista Mar. We were 2 families with 4 young children and another friend, so 9 in total. We all had a fantastic time there, adults 7 and children alike!

The Villa is very well-equipped and has literally everything you need. It's also well-situated, with a small grocery store a few minutes' drive away and a larger supermarket about 10 minutes away at El Tablero. The location is beautiful, overlooking the canyon below, and has gorgeous gardens. The property itself is even big enough to go on walks and get a little lost on. We made use of the pool everyday and loved eating outside watching the sunset at the beautiful table on the terrace.

Cynthia is extremely helpful and went beyond assisting us and answering all our questions, particularly during this more complicated Covid travel time.

We would all happily go back there in a heartbeat.

Thank you for the amazing holiday we had. It was perfect, also considering we hadn't left our home country in over a year due to the pandemic! We hope to visit you again soon.

This place is phenomenal. The accompanying YouTube video makes it look like a private resort, which is an accurate description. The property manager, Cynthia, is on-call 24x7 for any issues that arise. We were traveling with an infant who became ill, and Cynthia even helped us find a good place to take him to be checked. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It sets the standard by which all our future vacation rentals will be measured.

We had a very great time during our stay in Villa Vista Mar with our friend group of 12. I would definetely recommend this to everyone who is looking for a nice villa during their holiday! ☀☀
