Restaurante La Cabañita Park

Beautiful tranquil restaurant. We stopped for lunch after Palmitos Park, and the food was delicious, with big portions and affordable prices.
We had 2 main courses, one was chicken and the other one was rabbit. We also had fried fish fillet with garlic sauce as a starter, which comes nearly as a full course by the size of the portion.
I would recommend this place for lunch if you're nearby.
Also, the fresh orange juice was delicious!

Amazing food have never tried something that good ❤ only downside was the waiters didn't speak English but the food and atmosphere was amazing

I must say my Angus fillet steak 😋 was as good as I have ever eaten. Really nice restaurant 👌 specialising in meat. Hse wine was nice too. I could imagine a group having a fantastic evening out there.

Simply amazing. On an island where almost everything is touristified so much that there's nothing special to experience, this place stands out: high quality food, traditional music to set the atmosphere, simply spotless service. Amazing.

There is a cosy restaurant with a great atmosphere and friendly staff.
Food was very delicious and fresh also.
We ordered mixing of meat grill, but we got more than our order.
We ordered only one meal, but he makes two.
We paid 50 euros for all the food and I think it was reasonable.

The most character restaurant we've ever visited. Had no idea what to eat but told server we wanted loads of food cos very hungry! He brought us fries and tasty BBQ ribs, then presented us our own tabletop sizzling BBQ and a huge plate of sirloin, mignon, sausages, pork and after seasoning it all left us to cook and eat till we were full.. course what I couldn't eat, piggy wiggy hubby managed to finish off. Fabulous quality steak, cooked just how we wanted it. 😋

This is one of the most cosy restaurants I’ve been to in GC. The decor is so extremely kitsch (and I mean that in the most endearing way) that it’s absolutely fantastic. I would recommend the Angus entrecot and the rabbit in garlic. You’d pay 3x more anywhere else for such a good steak. The owner/manager approached our table no less than three times to ask of everything was ok. Will come again.

We absolutely love this restaurant up in the mountains. Food is always delicious and the staff is very friendly. On Friday and Saturday there is always live music. Staff recognises us each time and is always very happy to see us. There is enough space to park your car. During the holidays, it is wise to make a reservation :-).

Fantastic place, nice location in a walleye of Playa del English, 15 minutes drive from Maspalomas and nice roads. Free Wifi and welcoming staff. The food from the barbeque amazing, full dinner for to with drink's and dessert less than 40 Euro's. The food was incredibly good that we ordered, but it was possible to get a large selection of meat, cooked in many ways, we chose to get off the grill and did not regret it. It was half a chicken, and pork ribs, it came with a salad that was exceptionally fresh and good, a taste that most closely resembles world-class home-grown, but it is rare that vegetables are as tasty in Spain as there, real potatoes with a suitable amount of spices and a tasty sauce that matched the whole thing. The chicken had a taste that was a mixture of good spices, which made the meat delicious, and not too cooked, nor too spicy, so each bite was delicious all over. The pork ribs were in the master class in quality, and a lot of meat that flowed from the bones and cooked to perfection, so that only the bones were left on the plate. The service of the place was fast and good, with friendly staff and the wait for food was almost non-existent and after dinner the dishes were taken immediately. Shortly after that, the chef came with everyone the types of desserts on the tray, explained to us what was what, and although we were well fed and happy after dinner, we did not stand temptation and we got the best tirimisu I have ever tasted. There was a large selection of light wine and soda that came ice cold, with cloves and lemon slices and cloves in the heat. It was possible to choose a seat that had sun and in the open air and also in the shade without it being too much. Comfortable seats, tableware very neat and like new. It was a very cozy atmosphere and no pressure, nor waiting for service. I encourage everyone who wants to enjoy the food just from the city, all day in this place and if I could, I would have given my all a total of 6 stars if possible. Thank you very much for us, and it is a sure thing that we will go there again. But the price was exemplary for all this, and I doubt any place owns it The English coast can do better than this, at this price. Fantastic place with great food and atmosphere. We went twice. Both times food was 5☆! On the second visit there was a live music, Spanish duo with classic guitar and violin. It was very romantic and added authenticity to the place.
Mixed kebab and fillet mignon is a must meal in there!

Best Steakhouse in Playa / Melanoras? Serviceminded staff, tasty steak and good wine. We really enjoyed it, and will be back 👍

We had a really great dinner here, we tried typical Canarian food as starters and had a main course as well. The environment with the plants & live music and the staff were really nice, 100% would recommend this restaurant.😊

This is a hidden gem.. wonderful place to visit after Palmitos Park. Amazing steak, and deserts, they look simple, but taste delicious. Slower service when it's full, so be patient

Wasn't sure what to expect as is in the road where tourist passing by on the way to an entertainment place ,but when I see locals having food here,I knew we are in the right place.
There was a warm welcoming offering plenty of choices as it was an early afternoon "dinner" , wasn't busy just yet.
We choose in our best knowledge,meanwhile we were waiting I had a look a chef took a biig piece of meat from a fridge (there is window so you can see too.
So he wasn't ashamed he cut of a very big chunk, placed it onto the grill,turned out that was my wife's choice of a stake.
I had some starter or small meal as a baguette with olive oil some small chopped tomato and fine cut meat and it was soo delicious I was well happy with the place.
All in all I think the price is very reasonable,food is quality service is very good and me as I use to work behind the grill:that was very clean as well.
Typical place what I looking for,pure authentic and visited by locals as well.

Very nice place with friendly staff and exquisite food, nicely decorated in Canary style, great service, a must visit.

Excellent Spanish restaurant. While the majority of resort restaurants are either openly Italian or mainly serve pasta and pizza with Paella, it's great to find something that feels like the real thing. It's in the middle of nowhere (on the road to Palmitos Park). There's no pasta or pizza. Plenty for kids. Our youngest, 9, had the spare ribs and loved them. Service and food are excellent. Wood fired barbecue and oven.
We went on Thursday pm for the live music. Two very nice gentlemen and their Spanish guitars, with no English, move around the tables and charm you with their smiles and song. Easily the meal and experience we all enjoyed the most.

This place was incredible. The atmosphere is nice and natural. Some nights there's a guy walking around playing a guitar which makes it even better. The wait staff was very nice and their English was pretty good as well. The menu had like 5 different translations which made life easier. We got the melon with cured ham and the garlic bread with ham and tomatoes to start which were already. But the spare ribs were the real show as they simply fell off the bone. Theyre probably the best ribs I've ever eaten. I couldnt recommend this place enough.
