Lifesaver ! Couldn’t for the life of me get one of my pedals off to box up the bike. Dropped in with bike in half closed box, major stress levels etc. Owner immediately dropped what he was doing, got it off in no time, also showed me how to protect my derailleur better and then sent me on my way with a nice closed box. Done in 5 mins and then he tried to refuse my money ! Not a chance.. fantastic service.

Great Service. My Shimano disc-brakes needed bleeding after the flight. The owner did it strait away and with great result.
Second time this shop helps me out during my vacations on the island. Highly recommended

Most competent bike shop in Maspalomas. My issue was fixed (right away) and it’s still fine months later. I had gone to three other shops in town prior to this one. One was on constant holiday, one just tightened bolts (which did nothing) and the third actually did damage. So if you’re in Maspalomas and looking for a competent mechanic, I highly (and only) recommend Briel Bikes.

Had a puncture in my pram, after visiting many bike shops with no success I got given a card for Briel Bikes who managed to fix the problem within 15 minutes and at a good price.

Excellent service. Guy in the shop picked a derailleur off his own road bike to save my ass. Being on vacation in Gran Canaria i was not keen on waiting for parts. Tried three other shops before finding this store. Did not rip me off either :-)

I came in for a problem with shifting, but the mechanic also discovered a problem with my handlebar and was able to fix it immediately. Very nice and fast help!

Più bravo mecánico di tutto il sud de gran canaria, e parlo dalla esperienza personale. Il suo dono e passione, trasmesso in un lavoro vero e proprio, è molto raro a trovare. Il suo orecchio non falisce mai. Indivividua sempre il problema invisibile, e lo risolve sempre in perfezione. Poi qualita prezzo ottima. Se cercate un bravo mecanico delle bici è Lui, non vi pentirete. Fidatevi!!!
