Apartamentos Canaima

What an absolutely lovely stay at Canaima we had! The apartments were beautiful, clean, comfortable and we truly had the best stay. The staff at Canaima were super friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and majorly refreshing after being in the sun all day! Even though it closes at 5pm, they leave the facilities for the guests to enjoy (within reason) which I find really lovely! The walk down to the strip is gorgeous and only takes 10-15 minutes down the stairs! Local taxis only cost €3.95 back to the hotel also (from the strip). All in all, we had a lovely time and would definitely return 🫶🏼 I would recommend Canaima to anybody!

Rooms were very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Balcony was huge. Pool area and pool bar were great and the food/drink was reasonably priced. Staff were friendly. Good location, stairs in front of apartments take you right to the entrance of the shopping centre. Although, there is a lot of stairs. Would definitely return.

Excellent appartments, good size rooms, well maintained. Great views over the town and a nice little patio area. All the staff we have met have been very friendly and helpful. Pool area although quite small is nice and relaxing with a nice pool bar. This would definitely be my first choice if i come back again.

Pool and pool area so clean! Staff were amazing and very friendly. Poolside bar snacks and drinks very reasonably priced.
There are some rather loud clubs/bars that may disrupt your sleep into the early hours as the noise travels and the walk/steps down to the centre are not for the faint hearted but obviously not the fault of the accommodation. Taxis are cheap up to €3. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at these apartments and would definitely recommend if Puerto Rico is the right resort for you!

No lift 150 steps to the room all up nightmare with cases but well worth it. The staff are all very friendly helpfull and try to please at all times.good security wasy to get a taxi.
The pool is unreal very very clean loads if sunbeds great little snack bar good range of foods not expensive atall beers cocktails.
Kitchen well equipped brilluant view if your hot hire a fan,
Full wash and dry your clothes if you want 4€ no hassle.
4channels English tv and radio stations English music all day and night, no problem noisy neihgbours
Balcony apartments and sun chairs plus large parasol in with your room
Big fridge and freezer toaster kettle etc, safe in your room no charges,
Pool towels if you need them small charge for the week changed daily
Big thank you to all the staff our stay was not one to be forgotten best weve been to over the past 8years
Usualy 2 visits a year been in 10 others we thought were good until we the Canaima.

Rooms very clean all staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool area is very clean and no rush for beds as there is plenty . The food is very good and well priced.

Loved these apartments,the rooms were spotless and the staff couldn't do enough for you..great chilled atmosphere with an excellent pool..deffo be back.

Lovely good sized portion of food. Warm swimming pool. Friendly staff. Nice clean room. Also 2 bottles of nice but cheap prosecco and 1bottle of water in the fridge on arrival.

Excellent place to stay lovely and relaxed atmosphere no kids and most importantly not 1 cockroach in site anywhere both receptionists very helpful especially Matthias . Would highly recommend to anybody going to Puerto Rico and most importantly no drunken louts annoying people, pool area Fabulous apartments beautiful really well kept overall .

Just come back from a 11 night stay at the Canaima Apartments, Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria. I would definitely recommend staying there again. I Thought the room was fantastic with very modern decor, clean & tidy also the staff were excellent, friendly & professional especially Antonio on reception!

Clean, newly renovated and at a prime spot overlooking Puerto Rico. Lot of people complaining about the stairs to go to the main attractions but I can't relate since i had a rented car. Recommend 100%

Lovely apartment, spacious, clean. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Would recommend this to anyone who is mobile. Lots of steps, on side of a hill.

Stayed their 5 nights loved it nice and clean. Pool and bar as well. Brekfast was great👍👍👍👍
