Great products and better service! This was the first time ordering from Spain to send a gift to my cousin in the UK. The product has arrived soo fast and the packaging was really protective. I too had my doubts that I may never see my money or my order 😂. But I have to say I'm impressed. Communication isn't too great, nor packaging but my order was shipped on the 13th/05/20 and arrived today (20th/05/20) with UPS. You get a tracking number once the package is shipped. The shipping is a bit expensive, but by Irish tax prices I'd order again in a heartbeat and probably will. Anyone worried about bad reviews on Trust pilot don't be... Those are misleading and must have had a bad experience. Just make sure your address is correct and you get a tracking number and you should be good to go. Gracias Amigo's! (Just work on the communication skills.)

Well, this is my 1st time to order in Spain and I was really amazed of the prices of some of your products some are cheaper than here. The only thing that I want to be improved is the shipper because we don’t have any other company to choose, its only GLS. GLS does not deliver to your home, instead you must pick it up in their Pick Up Shop.

I just love Gourmet en Casa. Their customer service is brilliant, delivery is superfast and they have an amazing range of wines and spirits (particularly good selection of gins). I have used many online wine and spirt retailers but Gourmet en Casa are the best. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys for such a great service

Absolutely ecstatic with my order. I was able to order some of my favourite wines direct from Spain & have them delivered to my door. The order procedure was easy, communication was great & I was able to track my order as well. Delivery charge is reasonable considering it was all the way from Spain & the cost of the wine made up for this as I can't buy these wines in the UK at anywhere near these prices. Easy to find what you want and to order, there is a delay between the ordering and the courier receiving the item when there is no information, that could be improved with a n e-mail to let you know what's happening. Great service and well packed goods, carriage price a little high but decreases with quantity of order. Would highly recommend this company, well done.

Fantastic prices and a massive range of spirits. I have made a number of of purchases from this company and the delivery has always been very efficient. The spirits are all genuine products which was something I was initially cautious of. The packaging is excellent and the bottles come well secured in thick polystyrene. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service, I have placed 5 orders now from the UK and all have been delievered within 4-5 working days by UPS, all really well packaged. There is a wide selection, some of which I have been unable to get in the UK for a while and their prices are excellent, even with the shipping it works out cheaper than the UK. I really have nothing bad to say, very happy, I hope to continue ordering aqnd just hope brexit will not change things too much when it kicks in.

Since I prefer a negative marking system and nothing went wrong with my purchase, I can't complain with anything! This was the first time I ordered through this website / company but their web interface was no-nonsense and straight-forward; just the way I like it! I placed my order, they gave me an estimated delivery date (which, given the current global rigmarole that's going on and from where the goods were being dispatched) that wasn't unreasonable; but they still arrived before the estimated delivery date. So I refer back to said negative marking system!

Over all a very worthy 5* rating. From purchase price to a reasonable delivery time and excellent packaging. I will not hesitate to use this company again, and have no problem recommending to others.

Very satisfied with Gourmet en Casa. Good updates from ordering till speedy and careful delivery. Good value for money even including the shipping cost from Spain. Best to buy a bottle or two more as the average shipping cost depends on number of bottles per box.

This company offered by far the best price for the product (Ron Zacapa 23) I was looking for. Even accounting for paying for higher delivery charge, it was 25% less than using Amazon. I ordered 3 but they only had 2 so there were a few emails to sort this out. But still 5* given that the price was excellent and delivery was prompt after resolving this problem.

I have ordered from Gourmet en Casa twice now and both times, my order has arrived within the specified time (6 to 10 days) and has always been well packaged and protected.
As this is one of the only companies I have found that sells my favourite Dominican Rum,,,,,,,, I will definitely be ordering again!!!!
