The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. The list of the vermouths really gives the choice to pair the drink with the pinxos. Service - faultless. One person serving and preparing all the food and drinks, being attentive at the same time. You can see it’s a locals place. Well done to the owners for making it the top spot and really worth recommending! Thank you! 🙏

A huge list of vermouths, we asked for her recommendation and it was really good. As for pintxos, we loved especially the squid ink cream pastry but everything was surprising and yummy

Really great local bistro off the beaten path. The food is homey and nothing fancy but creative and you can tell the owners take pride in their business.

We had the best croquette (with jamòn) in all of San Sebastián here. If you like vermouth, this is the spot to go.

The service is amazing. Even though we are tourists and don’t speak a lot of Spanish, we were treated very kindly. Between the broken English and Spanish, we were able to have conservations and recommendations. The owner also gave us a free pintxo at the end.

Omg!! This is truly a hidden gem of Gros. The food was heavenly, probably our best meal in San Sebastián in a month. The place is cozy and the atmosphere is very nice and vibrant. Always crowds of locals here, which is a good sign. Very authentic and the prices are more than reasonable. Can’t wait to come back next time I am in San Sebastián.

Luckily my Airbnb hosts took me there. As a tourist I wouldn’t have found this place! You won‘t image how great their food is. Place for locals:) I like to discover not only the touristy bars.

Creative and flavorful pintxos in the midst of the workaday part of the Gros neighborhood along with a hefty selection of vermouths. A small gem glinting at you from the corner of your eye.

Been thinking of this place since I got home from a trip to San Sebastian. Great little bar that served seriously tasty vermut mixed with a variety of Bittermans bitters and a syrup containing genever and garnished perfectly. Wish I could get a drink like that back home!

Awaý from the most fashionable part of the neighbourhood of Gros this bar is gaining a name for itself by serving some of the most imaginative pintxos in San Sebastian.
