Bassegoda Park

Bassegoda park camping is incredible, clean, quiet, and natural. There is plenty for children to do, an on-site park, tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool, which is large and kept very clean.
The restaurant on site was fantastic with a set menu for €23 adults and €11 children, all dishes we tried we home made and super tasty, with large portions for all. The service was warm and friendly and very efficient.
Would recommend, the night skies were amazing, you could see all the stars really clearly. They've done a great job here, all very well done, the bungalows for 5 were super clean and such a pleasant place for us to stay.

Nice and quiet campsite in the area of the Pyrenees. It is located next to Balanyà, at the entry to the park that leads to Bassegoda mountain.
The campsite has all the facilities you would expect, and it also has additional ones that make it unique, such as some natural pools along the river next to it and even an astronomical observatory.
In addition, the campsite has the dark sky certificate, which makes it ideal for people who enjoy astronomy.
Furthermore, the staff was kind and solved our doubts with ease.
I would definitely recommend spending a night or two if you are in the area.

A well spaced cabin and camping park with plenty of things to keep you all entertained for young and old. It has excellent features like lockable refrigerators, well designed barbeques and expansive play yards to cater for kids and teenagers. The small river alongside the park is gorgeous, with many rapids for the kids to build dams and the kids at heart to tumble down. There are numerous excellent walking trails nearby and for the keen observer there is a night time lecture with Q&A in the amphitheatre next to a large telescope.
This place is a hidden gem with lots of comforts to cater to whichever budget you have.

Spectacular location and some beautiful gorges dotted around.
Cabins are slightly dated but still comfortable.

It's a campsite sort of thing next to a beautiful river, which depending on the time of year I guess is great for swimming, jumping off rocks, sunbathing and exploring in the summer, and in the winter possibly riding the rapids in a Kayak.
Me and the girls spent an amazing time walking and swimming up it every other day of our holiday in august 2016.
It was between 28-35c and sunny,
water was warm with small fish, dragonflies, kingfisher, heron, butterflies, lizards, all along the river, it was really gorgeous, (eve pun)
beautiful memories.
We also had a very close encounter with an american Mink,
would've been awsome if it were the one that was supposed to be there but fat chance of that thesedays.
that aside it was the closest any of them had come to a wild mustelid.
so that was pretty sweet.
The campsite was clean and well laid out had entrance barriers which was a good idea.
Decent size pool which was much higher than the entrance gate, as is the restaraunt, shop, which has all the basics (You may have to get in early if you want croissants) and tennis and basketball courts so you pretty much can just see the forested sides of the valley from your sunlounger.

So, good food, nothing overly fancy, decent price, get what you pay for, honest nosh.
Inside, the restaurant is nice, staff are friendly, some speak english.
They were very accommodating with regards to my astonishingly shite attempts at their language.
We stayed in a small cabin on the campsite with parking next to it, perfectly suitable for our family.
living room with kitchen, toilet and shower room, two bedrooms, double bed in one bunk and single in the other.
There was an aircon unit above the door which worked fine though we only used it when we first arrived, it may have done heat as well.
If you go, I hope you have as a relaxing a time as I did.

It's a home away from home with a touch of nature. You will find almost everything that you need in Bassegoda Park. They have supermarket, football court, children playground, swimming pool etc. You will definitely enjoy the place. This year is our second time in Bassegoda Park.

This campsite is fab. We have been twice now and we find the staff are great and the bungalows are quite comfortable. Definite must!

Un lugar fantástico para pasar las vacaciones tranquilas en familia o con amigos. Excelente ubicación, piscina en el recinto y el río pasando justo al lado. Nos gustó tanto que este año volveremos a ir.

Sehr gut ausgestatteter Platz mit Supermarkt, Restaurant, Spielplatz und Pool. Es sind Frisch- und Abwasseranschlüsse vorhanden, WLAN ebenso, Strom mit Schuko, nicht CEE. Sanitär sehr gut. Die Straße GI-504 ist teils kurvig und eng, für große Wohnwagen und Liner weniger empfehlenswert. Besser die GI-510 nehmen.
