BaoBaB Beach House

While on a short, winter vacation in Marbella, my wife and I visited here with local friends at their suggestion on an off-season weekday for lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. Looking more like a beach cafe on a small Caribbean island, the extensive menu offering eclectic food at BaoBab Beach House pleasantly surprised our tasted buds. The relaxed, laid-back atmosphere, delicious food, generous portions and attentive service was just what we needed (though I can't guarantee the same experience during the high season, which I understand is much more crowded and chaotic).

The BaoBab salad was fantastic, highly recommended, as was the cheesecake.

A really cozy restaurant located in a beautiful place. The food was tasty and inexpensive, we had fish and chips and were delighted. The staff was very friendly and they had very nice music playing in the background as well. I definitely recommend dining here.

Very tasty! Prices are higher than usual, but it is completely worth the money!

Amazing place right on the beach! The food was very delicious and there were great vegan and vegetarian options. Sit outside and enjoy the calming sound from the waves while the sun shines above. We had the vegan burger, curryballs and wok and it was all really good. I will also recommend their pinaple, strawberry, banana and orange juice ❤ During the weekend they have dj and drinks 🌟 We will come back!

Highly recommend you to try this place. Food is fantastic, they cater for most dietary needs. I'm vegan and there was quite a few choices for me. They also can change certain dishes for you too. Freshly cooked food. Nice small menu. Great ambience, very clean. Right on the beach beautiful views. Staff are absolutely fantastic. Young man called Pitt served us on our first and second visit, he was very helpful and speaks a few different languages. Very dedicated to his work. There's wheel chair access, child friendly with a kids menu. Sundays seem to be the afternoon with a dj after 4pm. Definitely will make it our regular place to go.

A vegetarian and vegan wonder in Spanish Miami’s finest. Beachside, super friendly staff, English-language friendly, best fresh natural juice, vegan wok, veggie balls, and burger. If you’re near, go there. If you’re far, go there still. Cozy vibes for solo, friends, family, and kids. Just let them roam on the beach while you sip away on the Andalucian nectars.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch there today. The service was very quick and the food appeared as if by magic. The food was delicious. We had white wine and it was very good too.
It's a lovely spot looking out onto the sea and benefits from a lovely breeze.

Lovely restaurant right on the beach, very good service you felt like they were not in a rush for your table. A very good menu choice with food for vegetarians and vegans, all at a reasonable price.

From the moment you arrive at reception, everything about this beach-side restaurant smacks of a professional approach. The setting is sublime - our table was actually on the beach. The menu has many interesting dishes, with an emphasis on organic and locally-sourced produce. The drinks menu is also extensive, with a good selection of Gins - served with Schweppes original tonic. We were attended by a number of different staff during our meal, and all were friendly, helpful and efficient. The Maitre D, Javi, embodies all of the traits mentioned, and has obviously worked hard to create a real gem here - congratulations, we'll be back...!

Today is my fourth time at this place, and I thought it was time to finally leave my review.

Sometimes I'm here to chill at the beach, sometimes just for lunch, today it's my "Office". Every time the location, the food, the cocktails and above all the service is excellent!

A wonderful place to chill out ! Superb menu if you want to enjoy a great meal. Enjoy live music too on certain evenings. Great service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Beautiful restaurant with good food. Kids friendly. Our 2 year old spent most of the time on the beach in front of us so we had time to eat peacefully. Highly recommend.

Good variety of fine foods, including vegetarian. Also a lot of good cheap drinks. Really nice place. Was called Chiki beach before.
