Really good restaurant with the best meat.
Prices are super cheap. We spend 10€ per person, drinks and desserts included.
The meat is just delicious: secreto, variado de lo mejor del cerdo.

Can’t imagine in a village with just 4000 residents, have such a wonderful restaurant, the food is world top level with the price of a small village. Great place to eat. Nice atmosphere and a slightly different touch to some traditional plates. Great quality. But the ‘salmorejo’ with beetroot and cherries was a true treat. Many different layers of tastes, almost to burst into tears. So if you happen to be in, or close by Monesterio around lunchtime or dinner time, make sure you get a reservation here. You will not regret it.

Very good traditional food of Extremadura, nice price, highly recommended

Possibly one of the best meals we had in our two months in Espana. Here, of course, the pig is king and every pork dish we had was cooked to perfection. To top that off, all the wines were from local vineyards. The staff were very friendly and attentive. See you on our next trip!

This is the best place in Spain, by far. The two brothers provide an eating experience that has left us trying to find subsequent places to meet or exceed the experience and, so far, have failed.

The "Pluma Iberica" was really good, low fat and tender. The Hamburguer was tall but a little overcooked. It is normal to ask for two dishes (starter and main) but if you don't eat a lot one is enough. Recommended!

Don’t miss out on this one! Absolutely delicious and surprisingly good dishes in this relatively small village in Extremadura. Simply great!

En el centro de Monesterio un local de decoración sencilla con unas doce mesas. Carta relativamente corta y sugerente basada en los productos de la tierra. Buena cocina y calidad en todos los platos que tomamos. Muy logradas las migas y gran plato el cochinillo. Extraordinaria la torrija con helado. Servicio muy eficiente y amable. Precios razonables. Recomendable.
