I loved the food here so much, sea bass was exceptional. I enjoyed the service even more – Marco is the best, he brightened up my evening. I’m going to recommend this place to my friends ❤

We had an amazing dinner at Alderdi Zahar. The food was perfect, even by San Sebastian standards. Marco made our experience fun and entertaining. I had the artichokes, lamb and cheesecake. Highly recommend!

Monkfish for 2nd. Tried the squid ink with rice and it was amazing too.

Cheesecake was heavy.

We enjoyed the three course set menu for lunch at 25 euros and thought it was very good value. The restaurant has a lovely ambience, service was good and every dish was a winner. What’s not to like.

This is restaurant with two set menus without drinks (one for 18 € and one for 28 €), the quantity is enough without it being too much. The restaurant has been recently remodelled and is beautiful and modern, with the typical bask red hats hanging on the walls. The food is excellent and the quality price ratio is good. We had the pasta and fish soup for starters, which were tasty and the salmon as main course. The dessert, a fresh cheese called cuajada, was really unique. This is a gourmet menu for 21 € including a glass of wine and tap water.

They have 2 fix menus, 3 courses each, one for lunch 18 euros and one for dinner 28 euro, bererages not included. You have 5 choices for each course, which is fine. Courses are well proportionated, small starters, nice main course and good deserts. The wine list includes a lot of options however not all available. Tap water is free of charge. Overall: good restaurant fair prices, good staff (even is difficult to understand English!), Good service, good chef!
