Arima Hotel & Spa

Our experience in this hotel was very good! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was properly clean but we found a bit small (specially if you arrive with couple of suitcases) They have a nice pool at the rooftop and the breakfast was very good served. Is a quiet area, perfect to rest but definitely far away from the town and the beach. The positive thing is that next to the hotel is a large parking lot and is free of charge.

My boyfriend and i stayed at this hotel and it was amazing! The staff is super friendly and the hotel has a relaxing vibe. The restaurant in the hotel has great food with a lot of options. The prices are decent and the waitress was amazing, she even kept track of our wellness appointment that we had in the hotel! 10/10 we are very happy and we want to thank everyone in the hotel.

We already came two times to Arima and in both it was a great overall experience. We appreciate the attention to sustainability and the deep rest we had in all those nights. Wish the spa had a program to accommodate working days as well and the daily menu to be available for dinner as well as it is a treat.

Very modern and relaxing place to base your stay in San Sebastian. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms were modest in size but still light and airy.
Skip the hotel breakfast and instead eat in the cafe in the same building.

We loved our stay here! The breakfast at the cafe is amazing, the amenities like the gym and spa are so nice. Just a 10 minute drive to the city. Will definitely repeat!

Modern and super relaxing hotel immersed by nature but still accessible from San Sebastian by car and public transport. We stayed for two nights and experienced great hospitality and truly enjoyed our modern and well-equipped room with a very comfortable bed and nicely designed bathroom (shower + bathtub). The hotel is all focused on sustainability and committed to resourceful business practices. The public areas are very spacious and have very comfortable sofas to relax and read and as well bug tables to work on. The breakfast offers a wide selection of local products; the coffee could be better, though. Overall very much recommendable to anyone looking to be in the vicinity of lush nature and close to the city center.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and welcoming in particular Gotozon was very accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure we were looked after during our stay, he done everything with a smile and definitely brightened our day every time we spoke to him. We went to the cafe/deli for brunch and Catalino was the most welcoming/friendly/efficient member of staff who went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed, I wish all the staff were like him! The hotel rooms and overall facilities were definitely as advertised and up to standard! We used the gym which was wonderfully equipped (I am a former gym owner and I was impressed as usually hotel gyms are terrible!) The spa was lovely and they offered very reasonable packages for off-peak use. The rooftop pool was lovely and well equipped with the bar staff on standby to attend to your needs, I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel without hesitation. You will need a car or taxi service to drive in to the central area of San Sebastian, but in my opinion it is well worth it considering the facilities. As an added bonus they even have free electric vehicle chargers which came in handy when I needed to top up my Tesla to continue our journey on to Andorra.

Great hotel with a very nice interior. If you like oak then this is definitely the place. I'll sum it up in a few bullet points:

- Great staff and well designed hotel
- Rooftop with a swimming pool and sun beds
- Gym and Spa on the lower floors
- Bus/taxi makes going to the city really easy

One of the best value hotels in the world. Quality in a beautiful natural setting. Are really amazing once. Note: it is outside central San Sebastián and a shirt bus or taxi ride into town.

Modern building with great facilities, a pool on top, great aesthetics and a lovely terrace.
Service was great and the breakfast amazing, one of the best I ever had in a hotel.
Would totally recommend even though you need a car or take the bus to go in the city.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in. It is located next to woods , yet you can get to the old town center easily by bus ( the bus stop is right in front of the hotel ) . The hotel is eco friendly and promotes good food and an active life . You can enjoy a walk in the forest nearby , or a nice swim in the roof top swimmong pool . Breakfast has a great variety of healthy food which is also very nice presented . The stuff is very nice and willing to help you . A pleasant surprise when we left was a small gift with basil seeds for us to plant them when we reach home . There is a memory I will always remember !

We absolutely love this hotel.
Excellent design, great food at the restaurant and breakfast, nice and helpfully staff. And the best was the roof-top pool with drinks and meals service. Positive surprise to improve non-central location is that hotel is offering free morning one-way shuttle to town, excellent idea and service.

Wifi is fast, but faces glintches at peak hours.
Breakfast is tasty and has plenaty of choices as far as sweet options are concerned. However, i would expect more options on the salty side; i was left a bit dissapointed.
Special (positive) mention the the hotels eco-friendly and sustainable approach.

This is a hotel for the conscious traveler who likes to eat healthy and live sustainable.
We stayed at Arima for 6 nights and are really happy we chose this hotel. The location is not central, but we had a rental car and it took us around 12 min to get to the city central.
The hotel is fresh and modern but not sterile. We found the service great and the breakfast was delicious. They offer free yoga 3 times/week, but don’t forget to sign up in advance as the seats are limited. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms we have seen.
The only downside was that our room was right above the cafeteria and when the guests sat outside it could get a bit noisy, but they normally stopped at 11 pm.
We definitely recommend Arima and the restaurant had a Michelin-worthy tasting menu.

This Hotel was lovely, echo friendly and the staff was super nice and attentive making sure we had everything we needed and more. The room we got was so delightful and enjoyable with an amazing bathroom. The products provided were also divine and they even give you a eco friendly tooth brush! Your surrounded by nature and modern buildings a few bus sops away from San Sebastian city center. The cafe food and buffet breakfast delicious, I hope to go back soon !

Beautiful rooms and fully equipped gym

Lovely, comfortable hotel. The staff member who greeted us raved about the shower—said t was the perfect temperature and the perfect pressure. At the time I thought it was a weird flex, but he was right. It really is a remarkably well appointed hotel.

We stayed in November and access to the trail was a huge perk. We had a car, and parking in central San Sebastián was not a problem.
